Method 1 of 2: Using the Find & Select Tool
Step 1. Open the Excel spreadsheet that you need to update
Locate the spreadsheet file, either on the desktop or in a folder and double-click the file to open it.
Step 2. Click the Find & Select button
It's in the upper-right corner of the screen. Additionally, the button has “Find & Select” and is indicated by a magnifying glass or binocular icon, depending on the version of Excel you are using.
Step 3. Click Replace from the menu

Step 1. Open the Excel spreadsheet that you need to update
