Method 1 of 4: Breaking and Cutting
Step 1. Bend and crush
Wrap the disc with plastic. Bend it until it breaks.
Step 2. Cut into small pieces using a disc chopper
Step 3. Cut the disc
You can use scissors, but be careful that the coating will peel off.
Step 4. Crack the disc
Wrap the disc with a towel. Trample or hit with a hammer. This towel is useful for protecting you.

Make a minimum of 12 holes in the disc.
Method 2 of 4: Using Heat
Step 1. Put the disc in the microwave
Put the disc in the microwave and turn it on for 5-10 seconds or until you see sparks. The microwave cannot be used for food afterwards.

Warning
- The steam that comes out when using the microwave is toxic. Use an unused microwave because this microwave can no longer be used for food.
- Children should not try to destroy the disc.
- Some microwaves can be damaged. You can reduce damage to the microwave by placing a glass of water in it along with the disc.
- Destroying discs in the microwave can cause unpleasant odors.
- Data can still be retrieved even if the disc has been tampered with using a microwave or other means.
