Method 1 of 4: Smiling Mouth Closes

Step 1. Sketch a simple horizontal line for the center of the lips
Draw two ends of the line in the sketch upwards to show a smiling expression.

Step 2. Sketch the outline of the upper and lower lips with two curves

Step 3. Draw the actual upper and lower lip lines

Step 4. Add short curved lines that show the volume of the lips and delete the lines that are not needed

Step 5. Fill it with a fresh color or skin tone background

Step 6. Fill with the base color of the mouth
It will look flat with no shadows and lighting. But thanks to the curved lines, the volume is already visible.

Step 7. Add shadows and lighting to the lips

Step 8. Finish the design by adding shadows and lighting to the background forming the part of the face from below the nose to the chin
Method 2 of 4: Lip Biting

Step 1. Start by sketching the outline of the upper lip
The lines here appear slightly distorted compared to the previous example.

Step 2. Sketch the outline for the lower lip biting teeth
Make her lips look attractive and inviting. Apart from the color and shade, the volume of the lower lip is already visible.

Step 3. Add the upper lip

Step 4. Draw the actual lines on the lips

Method 3 of 4: Smiling Mouth Open

Step 1. Draw an oblique oval for the upper lip of the mouth

Step 2. Draw a “U” touching the extreme ends of the oval making a bowl

Step 3. Draw a “Y” in the middle of the oval touching the top and bottom edges

Step 4. Draw a “U” inside the previously drawn U to create the lower lip

Step 5. Draw another curved line on the inner “U”

Step 6. Draw vertical lines for the teeth

Step 7. Draw the arches to make the teeth from the gums

Step 8. Make bold lines to bring out both the upper and lower lips

Step 9. Likewise do the same treatment for the teeth

Step 10. Erase unnecessary lines and draw every possible detail

Step 11. Color and shadow the mouth
Method 4 of 4: Rock n' Roll

Step 1. Draw an acute hexagon

Step 2. Draw two circles each centered on the top corner of the hexagon

Step 3. Draw another circle just below the middle of the two circles

Step 4. Draw three more circles centered on the corners of the hexagon

Step 5. Draw an oval in the bottom left corner, 3/4 from the center

Step 6. Draw some squares to make the teeth

Step 7. Delete the hexagon

Step 8. Merge the lines into the circle to form the mouth

Step 9. Erase some more lines to define the tongue

Step 10. Draw dark lines to define the mouth with the tongue sticking out
