Make lips look sexy and healthy is not difficult. If you have chapped lips, follow these simple tips.

Part 1 of 4: Adding Moisture
Step 1. Always carry a lip balm or moisturizing lipstick with you
Apart from keeping your lips moisturized due to its petrolatum, beeswax or oil content, a good lip balm will also nourish your skin with vitamin E, jojoba oil, or whichever ingredient is most effective for your skin.
Whether it's dry or rainy season, make sure your lip balm contains SPF 15 or higher protection. This will prevent the lips from burning and peeling

Part 2 of 4: Exfoliating Lips
Step 1. Peel off the skin layer of the lips
Dip the toothbrush in petroleum jelly or Vaseline. Then, use the brush to remove the layer of dead skin on your lips. Or, mix a tablespoon of honey with enough sugar to make it like a scrub and rub a toothbrush with the mixture on your lips. Exfoliating will make lips softer and healthier looking.
Step 2. Apply coconut scrub on the lips and leave it on for 5 minutes
This will reduce dead skin cells and blockage.
Step 3. Clean the dead and dry skin with one of the following methods:
- Dip the toothbrush in warm water and gently rub the brush against your lips.

Salt is used to dry and store meat because it takes away the moisture. Cheetos, for example, will leave a salty orange powder around the mouth and dry out the lips.

Covering your mouth and chin with a scarf in bad weather will help protect your lips from the elements, especially the wind.

Step 1. Don't lick your lips
Saliva will dry out the lips and remove the lip balm that has been applied.

Tips
- Make sure the bristles of the toothbrush used for the above method are relatively soft. Otherwise, the skin that should be there (living skin) will also be lifted.
- After exfoliating, apply lip balm.
- Always carry a lip balm that contains ingredients like olive oil, shea butter, coconut, etc., as they will keep your lips hydrated. Use lip balm in the morning, before going to bed, and before applying lipstick to protect your lips from harm.
- Place a warm green tea bag on your lips for 2 minutes before applying lip balm.
- Vaseline is very good. Try "Vaseline lip therapy". This product is not like ordinary petroleum jelly.
- Try using a moisturizing lipstick, as regular lipstick will dry out your lips.
- Apply milk on the lips to make them softer.
- Applying sugar before bed can help. Wet lips with water, then apply a little sugar. Then, rinse your lips with warm water in the morning.
- Don't use cheap lip balms that contain acid crystals, which can dry out and hurt your lips.
