Step
Method 1 of 4: Simple Potato Skin
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C
Step 2. Cut the 0.9 kh baked potato in half lengthwise
Step 3. Make holes in the potatoes with a fork
Prick each potato with a fork several times. This will help the potatoes cook in the microwave.
Step 4. Bake the potatoes on high heat until cooked
Wrap the potatoes in a damp paper towel and place them in the microwave. It takes about 5 minutes for one potato in the microwave, and about 10 minutes for 3 potatoes in the microwave. Place a few potatoes on a plate and keep checking to see when they're toasting by poking them with a fork.
Step 5. Remove the potatoes from the microwave
Remove the wet wipes and wait for the potatoes to cool.
Step 6. Scrape the inside of the potato
Use a strong spoon to scrape the contents out of the potatoes, leaving only the skin and the thin part of the potatoes. If you scrape the inside of the potato "too" too much, you can tear the skin of the potato, which will make it harder for the potatoes to retain the ingredients later.
Step 7. Make the potato mixture
Combine 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, 1 bunch of diced scallions, and 4 tablespoons bacon flakes with potato insides in a bowl. Stir until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper
Add salt and pepper to the mixture to taste.
Step 9. Place the potato skins in the oven for 5 minutes
This will make it a little crunchy.
Step 10. Put the mixture into the potato skins
Bake the potato skins and filling together in the oven for at least 20 minutes. Check the oven to make sure the cheddar cheese isn't burning. When it's ready, the skin will be crispy and the inside will be delicious and brown.
Step 11. Serve
Remove the potato skins from the oven and cool for at least 5 minutes. Then serve with 1 cup sour cream, or a spoonful of sour cream on each potato peel. Potato skins will also be more delicious if served with a glass of beer.
Method 2 of 4: Potato Skin Nacho
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 204°C
Step 2. Bake 3 Russet potatoes in the oven
After you've washed the potatoes, use a paper towel to wrap them in non-greasy spray oil and place them on a cake pan. It will take 45-60 minutes to bake the potatoes. You can test it by pricking it with a fork.
Step 3. Remove the potatoes from the oven
Wait at least 10 minutes for the potatoes to cool.
Step 4. Cut each potato lengthwise
Use a knife to cut one long strip of top of each potato to separate it into two halves.
Step 5. Remove the filling from the potatoes
Use a spoon to remove most of the filling from the potatoes, leaving only 10-20% of the filling in each potato. Repeat this process for each half of the potato.
Step 6. Melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter in the microwave
Place in a bowl with a microwave-safe lid and melt for 30-60 seconds until liquid. Make sure to cover the bowl or the cheese will splatter.
Step 7. Preheat the grill to high temperature
Step 8. Brush butter all over the potato skins
Use a brush or tissue to coat the inside and outside of the skin with butter. This will make them crispier and will prevent them from scorching.
Step 9. Season the inside of each potato peel with salt and pepper
Add just one pinch of salt and pepper for each potato peel. You can add more, depending on your taste.
Step 10. Bake the skins for 8 to 10 minutes
Wait until the inside becomes crispy.
Step 11. Remove from oven
Step 12. Put 0.4 kg beef and 1 cup grated cheddar cheese into the skin
Spread evenly along the skin.
Step 13. Cook the peel for 3 to 5 minutes
Cook until the cheese melts.
Step 14. Remove the skin from the oven again
Step 15. Stuff the skins with cup sliced lettuce, 1 sliced tomato, cup sliced black olives, and 1 avocado peeled and diced
Step 16. Crush cup corn chips over each skin
Step 17. Pour 1 cup of warm cheese sauce over the potato skins
Step 18. Put the potato skins back in the oven
Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the warm cheese is melted.
Step 19. Remove the potatoes from the oven
Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Dip the salad into the potato skins using a spoon.
Step 14. Sprinkle 1 cups grated provolone cheese over the tuna salad
Step 15. Place the potato skins in the grill for 4 to 5 minutes
Allow the tuna to warm up and the provolone cheese to melt and bubble. Watch the skin of the potatoes while they are in the oven to make sure the cheese doesn't burn.
Step 16. Serve
Wait for 2 to 3 minutes for the skin to cool and enjoy as a snack or even as a main course.
