Part 1 of 3: Requesting a Refund
Step 1. Visit the “Steam Help” page
Sign in to your Steam account. Click the "Steam Help" tab at the top of the screen.
Step 2. Decide what needs help regarding game purchases
After clicking "Steam Help", you will be redirected to a list of options. At the bottom of the list, you can see an "A Purchase" option. Click the option.
Step 3. Select the game with which you want to refund

Step 1. Check your email for confirmation from Steam
