Welcome to the world of magicians! Here is an easy card magic trick to start your magic.
Step
Method 1 of 3: Using the Card Stack Trick
Step 1. First of all, you need to have a deck of 52 cards
Step 2. Start flipping the cards, until you reach the 28th card
Remember the seventh card (in this case, the King Diamond is the seventh card) inside your head without telling the spectator. Do it very naturally.
Step 3. Collect the 28 cards that you have turned over and place them under the pile of cards in your hand
Step 4. Unfold (turn over) the first card from the top of the pile
Step 5. NOTE:
A=1, J=10, Q=10, K=10
Step 6. Count to 10 from the card you just opened
For example if the first card you open counts as 1, start counting the cards to 10, regardless of the number on the card (see image for better understanding).
Step 7. Repeat the previous step twice
So you will have three sets of cards unlocked.
Step 8. Add the first cards from the three piles
In this case, 1+4+10=15
Step 9. Hold the remaining pile in your hand and start turning the cards according to the numbers you added up in the previous step
(That is, if the number you add up is 27, start flipping the remaining cards until you reach the 27th card.)
Step 10. Before turning over the 27th card, tell the audience what card you 'think'
Step 11. The last card is the 7th card that you memorized in the second step
Method 2 of 3: Flip the Bottom Card
Step 1. Start by making the bottom card in your pile face down so that when you turn the deck over, they all look the same
(Don't let other people know about it!)
Step 2. Open into a fan without showing the bottom card
Step 3. Look for a volunteer and ask him to choose a card
Step 4. While the volunteer is looking at the cards, quietly turn over the deck of cards
Step 5. Ask your volunteer to present the card he/she chooses
Without looking at the card, place it back on the deck of cards.
Step 6. Do some stunning moves with your hands to distract everyone
When you do, turn your deck over again.
Step 7. The card chosen by the volunteer should be face down
Spread the cards to form a fan, without showing the bottom card of course. Turn over the selected card and you've done it!
Method 3 of 3: Using Sixteen Cards
Step 1. Draw sixteen cards at random from a standard deck of 52 cards
Step 2. Place the cards in four rows, face up
Step 3. Ask your 'victim' which row their cards are in (1, 2, 3, or 4)
Step 4. Collect all the cards and place them in 4 columns, place the cards from the row that has been selected in the first position of each column of cards (this time it's not a row anymore)
Step 5. Ask the 'victim', in which column the choice is
You now know which card he chose, but don't let him find out about it.
Step 6. Reassemble all the cards, keeping an eye on the 'victim' selected card all the time, and arrange the cards into groups of four, again MAKE SURE you know where the 'victim' card is
Step 7. Have your victim point to two groups of cards at random, and depending on where the card he selected is, you can take or leave the group of cards they pointed to (cards that have been selected by the 'victim' may not be taken)
Step 8. Ask the victim to point to one of the two remaining groups of cards and do the same
Step 9. Repeat the above steps one more time, but this time use only two cards
Step 10. Do it one more time, but this time with the last card remaining
Your 'victim' card should be the last one left. Pick up the card and wow the audience with your tricks!
Tips
- It's easier to practice with half a deck of cards instead of a full set of 52 cards, when learning the first trick trick.
- Magicians don't tell their secrets. This is the Magician's Code of Conduct.
