Cash App is a mobile service that allows you to send and receive payments from other people and institutions. Method 1 of 3: Contacting the Cash App directly through the App
Step 1. Touch the profile icon on the Cash App home screen
You need to log in to the Cash App account on your smartphone. In the app on your device, tap the circular profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. You will be taken to a menu of options, including the “Cash Support” option.
Step 2. Select “Cash Support” at the bottom of the screen
Swipe through the app window until you find the “Cash Support” button at the bottom of the screen. Touch the icon to select it and access the support menu. This icon is right above the “Sign Out” button.
Step 3. Scroll to the “Cash Support” menu and select “Something Else”
The “Cash Support” menu displays some common topics that can answer your questions (eg “Access Old Account” or “Missing Payment”). If you can't find the answer you need, click “Something Else” at the bottom of the screen. You'll see a wider list of common constraints to choose from, and you may be able to find a solution from that list.
Make sure you read the full list to find out if the problem you are experiencing is mentioned in the list before trying to contact the Cash App
Step 4. Select “Contact Support” to request a phone call or email from a Cash App representative
If you can't find a solution from common topics, choose a general topic that is closest to your problem. After that, at the bottom of the screen, you can see the “Contact Support” option. You can be contacted by Cash App within 24 hours by phone call or email.
Double-check the phone number or the spelling of the email address so a Cash App representative can contact you
Step 5. Describe the problem in detail and select “Continue”
After confirming the contact information, the Cash App will ask you to describe the problem or problem you are experiencing. State as much information as possible, and you will receive a confirmation notification after pressing the “Continue” button.
If you don't get a notification within 24 hours, try contacting support again by repeating the process above

Make sure you provide a long enough explanation. If the explanation is too short, you will see a pop-up window asking you to write more. Describe the constraints or problems experienced in full.
Method 2 of 3: Via Cash App. Website
Step 1. Open the cash.app/help URL in a browser and check the frequently asked questions (FAQ) segment
The Cash App help page features frequently asked questions and guidance for common problems or issues, and you may be able to find the solution you need without having to contact support. Go through the list of questions to see if the problem you are experiencing can be addressed using the information provided.
If any of the options sound similar, but isn't the problem you're having, click on an option to see if a solution to your problem is available in the “Something Else” section of the next page
Step 2. Click “Contact Support” to contact the Cash App support staff or service representative
If you still need help after browsing common topics, click the green “Contact Support” button at the end of the page. You'll get a fillable form to let Cash App staff know that you're having a problem and need their help.
Step 3. Sign in to your account using your email address or phone number
Before you can get personalized support, the Cash App website will ask you for your login information. The Cash App will send you a confirmation code via text message or email that you need to enter in order to log into your account. After accessing your account, you will see a page titled “Something Else” with a list of common problems and topics.

If you can't access your old Cash App account email or phone number, create a new account and select “Contact Support” so you can restore your old account.
Step 4. Click on the topic that best describes your problem and select “Contact Support”
On the “Something Else” page, select the general topic that best fits the problem you are experiencing. After that, at the bottom of the screen, you will see a button labeled “Contact Support”. You will be contacted by Cash App within 24 hours via phone call or email.

Step 2. Beware of scammers who provide other numbers
Some websites provide fake phone numbers and actually try to collect your personal or financial information. Note that there is no direct phone number to contact a Cash Support representative, and the only way to submit a request to speak directly to the Cash App team is through the Cash App app or website.
