By default, some functions, files and features of Android phones cannot be changed by the user. With root access, you can control all aspects of your device. Root access is not granted by default, but your phone may be able to root access because the access was unlocked by the previous owner. You can check phone root access with root checker app. The application is available on the Google Play Store.
