Step 4. Apply a light color to the image to mimic a light shadow

Step 5. Finish the image by using darker tones to fill areas with darker shadows

Step 4. Use a darker color to draw over the artwork

Step 5. Apply a light gray hue or color over the eyes

Step 6. Apply a slightly darker color to the lightly shaded areas

Step 7. Apply a darker gray color to the darker areas

Step 8. Apply the darkest gray to areas with very dark shadows (but not black)
