Method 1 of 4: Cartoon Boys
Step 1. Draw a horizontal oval for the hair
Step 2. Add another overlapping smaller oval for more hair
Step 3. Overlap another oval that is angled vertically for the ears
Step 4. Add a small tube at the base of the lower oval
Step 5. Draw two lines on both sides of the tube and join them to the baseline
Step 6. Draw a box along with the general roofline with the previously created baseline for the character's body
Step 7. Draw a four-sided shape at the base for the shorts
Step 8. Unbalanced squares overlap on both sides for the sleeves
Step 9. Add a number of irregular rectangles at the base for the legs
