This wikiHow teaches you how to restart a canceled Netflix membership for either an existing or an inactive account. You cannot perform this process through the Netflix mobile app.

Method 1 of 2: Restarting an Active Netflix Account
Step 1. Go to the Netflix website
Go to https://www.netflix.com/. If you recently canceled your membership but haven't reached the end of your billing cycle, you can simply restart your membership in your account settings.
If your membership has officially expired, proceed to the next method
Step 2. Click the account name
It's in the upper-right corner of the Netflix page.
If you're still not signed in to Netflix, click Sign In (login) in the top right corner of the page and enter your Netflix email address and password.
Step 3. Click Your Account
This button is in the drop-down menu below your name.
Step 4. Click Restart Membership
It's under the " MEMBERSHIP & BILLING " heading near the top of the page. Click to restore your membership.
Method 2 of 2: Recovering Dead Accounts
Step 1. Go to the Netflix website

It's a red button in the upper-right corner of the Netflix page.
Step 3. Enter your Netflix email address and password
The associated email address and password should be the same as when your Netflix account was active.
Step 4. Click Restart Membership when prompted
You can see this option in the window that asks you to confirm your selection. Click to restart your Netflix membership and change your monthly billing cycle according to the new activation date.
