Method 1 of 2: Sharing Entries to Specific Recipients
Step 1. Open Google Calendar via a computer browser
Visit https://calendar.google.com using a browser on your computer.
- If you don't automatically sign in to your account, enter the email address and password associated with your Google account.
- You can't share Google calendar entries via the mobile app.
Step 2. Hover over the content you want to share
Calendars appear on the left side of the window, under the " My calendars " section.

Click icon
next to the " My calendars " heading to expand the calendar list if necessary.
Step 3. Select the button next to the calendar name
The options for the selected calendar are displayed.
Step 4. Select Settings and sharing from the menu
The selected calendar settings menu will open in a new page.
Step 5. Click + Add people under the “Share with specific people” section
A pop-up window will be displayed.
Step 6. Type in the email address of the recipient you want to enter
Enter the contact address in the "Add email or name" field.
You can select the appropriate recipient from the contact list while typing the recipient's name
Step 7. Click the Permissions drop-down menu
This menu appears below the email field.
Step 8. Specify the permission settings
The available options are:
- ” See only free/busy (hide details) ” (recipient can only see free/busy times and event details will be hidden)
- ” See all event details (recipient can see all event details)
- ” Make changes to events ” (recipient allowed to make event changes)
- ” Make changes and manage sharing ” (recipients are allowed to make changes and manage sharing of calendar entries)
Step 9. Click the Send button
A calendar sharing invitation message will be sent to the recipient. After that, he can access the event via the invitation you sent.
Method 2 of 2: Making Calendar Entry Public
Step 1. Open Google Calendar via a computer browser

The selected calendar settings menu will be displayed.
Step 5. Check the box next to the text Make this calendar public
This option is under the " Access permissions " heading.
Step 6. Click OK
The action is confirmed and the calendar entry is publicly accessible.
Step 7. Click the Get shareable link button
This button is in the "Access permissions" section.
Step 8. Click Copy link in the pop-up window
Direct URL links to calendar entries will be copied.
Step 9. Paste and share the link to any platform
You can share it via email or social media, or send it to a specific contact.
