TripAdvisor is a site aimed at traveling lovers. This site provides reviews for thousands of tourist destinations, attractions, hotels, restaurants, museums, and many other places around the world. If you've been to a certain place and want to share your thoughts, experiences and suggestions regarding the place, just write a review! Step 1. Visit TripAdvisor
Once the page initially loads, click the "Write a Review" tab.
IMPORTANT - You can only submit reviews after creating an account or logging in with Facebook, but this is not explained until you have finished writing the review and clicked "Submit".
Step 2. Select the place you want to review, whether it's a hotel, pavilion, tourist destination, or restaurant
To select a place, click one of the place options, enter a keyword to search for the place, then click the place you want to review. After selecting a place, click "Write a Review."
- If you can't find a place you want to review, you may have a misspelling, entered the wrong city, or entered a place name that isn't in the TripAdvisor database. If the place you want to review is not in the database, please let TripAdvisor know through the review. Once your review is approved, TripAdvisor will send you an email.
- To submit a review, you must create an account.
Step 3. Rate the places you've been
Is the place very good, bad, or average? For example, after staying at Hotel Indonesia, you feel that the rooms there are quite good, but the service is average. Mediocre doesn't mean bad, but it's not the best. Also pay attention to the ranking scale of places on TripAdvisor:
- 1 star - Very bad
- 2 stars - Bad
- 3 stars - Average
- 4 stars - Very good
- 5 stars - Perfect

Step 4. Write a title for your review
Make sure you use a title that is short, concise, and can describe the visit. You may also want to include what you think about the place, and the good or bad things that happened Specific from that place. For example, instead of writing "This place is bad!", you could write "This place is bad because of unfriendly service and sleep disturbances." By including additional information briefly and concisely, other users reading the review will better understand your opinion.
Step 5. Write your review

You can also provide some additional information, such as your impression of the room you are renting (if you are reviewing a hotel or inn), your opinion of the activity/thing to see (if you are reviewing an attraction), or the food you ordered (if you are reviewing a restaurant).). You may be traveling with friends, coworkers, or traveling alone to cool off. Select a travel destination from the options provided in the "What sort of trip was this?", namely "Business," "Couples," "Family," "Friends", and "Solo."
Step 7. Remember when you travel
One of the things that readers will also want to know is when you left. Click the selection bar to select travel time.
Step 8. Review other aspects of the visit (optional)
Reviewing other aspects of the visit will help the reader know how you feel about each aspect of the review, such as the value of the visit, cleanliness, service, and so on. Review these aspects by clicking the circle on each option in the column "Could you say a little more about it? (optional)."
Step 9. When you're done writing a review, click "Submit your review" to submit the review, or "Preview your review" to preview the review
- Check the checkbox provided to make sure you understand that TripAdvisor does not tolerate fake reviews. This is especially important because you might get in trouble if you write a fake review (for example, a review for a place you've never been to).
- Remember that you must be over the age of 13 and have a TripAdvisor account for your review to be published. If you don't have an account yet, click "Register Now" and follow the on-screen instructions to create one.
