Skipping is an act that shouldn't be done all the time, but sometimes you have to leave class for various reasons, such as forgetting to study for an exam, or being too sleepy to take lessons. Whatever the reason, read the following tips carefully so that you can skip school without anyone finding out.
Step
Part 1 of 4: Determining the Lessons You Want to Leave
Step 1. Consider the teacher
A few days in advance, determine in advance what class you want to skip and at what time. For example, you can decide to skip Indonesian lessons on Wednesday, the third hour. Consider several things before deciding which lessons you want to leave, such as whether the teacher likes to be absent or not. This is very important because you can skip class easily when lessons are taught by teachers who don't like to be absent. In addition, it is less likely that you will be caught skipping. If the teacher likes to be absent, you can secretly leave the class after being absent.
Also consider the nature of the teacher. You can skip class more easily when the lessons are taught by a relaxed teacher. Don't skip lessons taught by teachers who might look for you or ask where you are
Step 2. Consider the location of the class
Don't forget to consider the class location before skipping. If your class is close to an unlocked exit, it's the ideal class to skip. However, if you have to pass through the principal's office to get to the unlocked exit, it's a good idea to rethink your plan to skip school.
Step 3. Consider a history of truancy
You should not often skip the same class. You will have a greater chance of not being caught if you skip classes that you have never left before.
Step 4. Decide if skipping is the right thing to do
Skipping school isn't always the best option. You can get into big trouble if you get caught - both at school and at home. Also, you have to try harder so you don't get left behind. Think about why you want to skip class and decide if there are other ways to achieve that goal. For example, if you want to skip class because you forgot to do homework that must be submitted today, it might be better for you to talk to the teacher and convince him to give him extra time. That way, your risk of getting into trouble will be smaller.
Part 2 of 4: Deciding Where to Skip
Step 1. Make a plan
Don't skip class without a plan and wander somewhere that isn't ideal for skipping. Think in advance where you want to go when you are absent.
Step 2. Hide in a secluded place of the school
Go to a remote area of the school where people rarely visit. This place could be under a weeping willow tree, in a janitor's closet, under stairs, etc.
Step 3. Hiding in the school toilet
If you're skipping alone, this place is the best choice because you're less likely to be caught skipping.
Step 4. Leave the school area
If possible, hide in a nearby park, store, or mall that your school's residents won't visit. Make sure you go where your acquaintances won't. For example, if your mom's best friend has a shop at the mall, don't go there. Don't let the shop owner tell him that he sees you playing truant at noon on a Tuesday.
Part 3 of 4: Preparing to Skip
Step 1. Leave class a few minutes early
To be able to leave class a few minutes before the bell rings, tell the teacher that you need to go to the toilet. That way, you'll have time to skip class and go to a remote area of the school or leave school before the class change. In addition, there will be fewer people who see you skipping and it is less likely that you will be caught.
To be able to leave class a few minutes before the bell rings, tell the teacher that after this you have to take music lessons/exercise practice, go to treatment, or go to the toilet
Step 2. Say that you are required to see a BP teacher
The best thing about this step is that no one will ask you why because it is a private matter and they will just let you go.
Step 3. Create an alibi
Tell your closest friends that you will not be able to follow certain lessons for some logical reason. If the teacher asks, the friend can tell him why you didn't come to class and he won't be suspicious or keep thinking about it. Ask a friend to tell the teacher that you miss home or that you are going to the doctor with your mother. Remember that you could get in big trouble if you get caught, so make a plan. Don't skip school if you don't want to get into trouble, or just be awesome and stick to the plan!
Step 4. Park your car outside the school
If you have a car, don't park it inside the school on the day you plan to skip school. Most schools have covered parking, meaning you can't take your car outside of school without permission before it's time to go home.
Note: It is better to park the car inside the school and skip it on foot if there is a possibility that parents will cross the school parking lot to make sure your car is there. That way, your car will be in its proper place when checked by parents
Part 4 of 4: Knowing What to Do if You Get Caught
Step 1. Know what to say if you are caught skipping the toilet
It's easy to get away from this situation. Just say "I'm peeing", or "I'm on my period" (for women).
Step 2. Know what to say if caught skipping school in a remote area of school
It was quite difficult to escape from this situation. Your best bet is to pretend as much as possible to fall or sit on a surface like a sick person. If you're good at acting, it's also a good idea to cry in this situation.
Step 3. Know what to say if you are caught skipping school outside of school
It was almost impossible to escape from this situation. You can say that you are being taken by your mother to a doctor/counselor. Or, you can run away and hope no one notices.
Step 4. Know what to say if caught hanging around the school
Tell the person who caught you some of the reasons below:
- You are being assigned by the teacher.
- You're going to the toilet.
- You left your bag in the locker.
- You are heading/returning from the UKS room.
-
You just transferred to the school and don't know where to go to class.
If you get caught wandering around, pretend to go back to class and hide in the nearest toilet during class
Step 5. Prepare excuses when returning to class
If you have successfully skipped, go back to school and follow the next lesson as usual. Prepare some reasons just in case the teacher asks you where you are in the previous lesson. You can also forge notes from teachers/parents just in case someone asks for it.
