Warning

  • Consult a GP if you experience chest pain for no apparent reason. Reflexology is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis.
  • If used correctly, reflexology is very beneficial for healing, but it is not a scientific treatment so it can not be used as the only action when experiencing severe pain or pain without a clear cause.
