Method 1 of 4: Microwave Baking
Step 1. Prepare the yeast

Step 2. Combine dry flour mixture in a separate large bowl
Enter 720 grams of flour, 1 tbsp. granulated sugar, and 2 tsp. Add salt to a bowl, then stir all ingredients until well combined using a spoon.
Step 3. Pour the dry flour mixture into the bowl containing the yeast
After that, process the two using a dough hook until a soft and supple dough ball is formed.
Step 4. Cover the bowl with the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise until it rises
Then, place the bowl in a warm place to allow the dough to rise more quickly. After an hour, check the condition of the dough. If it has doubled in size, it means the dough is ready to use. If this condition has not been reached, let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Step 5. Add baking soda and warm water to the dough
Dissolve tsp. baking soda and tsp. warm water in a glass. Once the baking soda has dissolved, pour the mixture into the mixture, then stir all the ingredients with a spoon until well combined.
Step 6. Separate the dough into two glass pans that have been greased with oil, then let the dough rest until it really expands
Cover the pan with a damp cloth and let it sit in a warm place for about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, check the condition of the dough. If it has doubled in size, it means the dough is ready to be processed.
Step 7. Bake each loaf pan alternately for 6 minutes on high power
Don't forget to take a damp cloth that covers the surface of the pan before baking the dough. After 3 minutes, open the microwave and turn the pan to allow the bread to cook more evenly. Bake the dough again for 3 minutes until the bread is completely cooked.
Step 8. Remove the bread from the microwave and let it cool down
After the steam is gone, immediately remove the bread from the pan, cut it, and serve it as a companion for your afternoon meal.
Method 2 of 4: Microwave Baking
Step 1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
Enter 780 grams of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, tsp. baking soda, and tsp. salt in a bowl. Then, stir all the ingredients with a spoon until well combined.
Step 2. Melt 2 sticks of butter in the microwave
Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then warm the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. If after 30 seconds the texture has not completely melted, reheat the butter for another 15 seconds or until the desired condition is reached.
Step 3. Mix all the liquid ingredients in a separate large bowl
Place 2 eggs, 480 ml buttermilk and 1 tbsp, vanilla extract in a bowl and mix all three until well combined.
Step 4. Pour the buttermilk and melted butter mixture into the dry mixture
Then, stir all the ingredients with a spoon until the texture of the dough is smooth and not lumpy. If you still find lumps, try crushing them with the back of a spoon.
Step 5. Pour the cake batter into a microwave-safe silicone pan
If the cake has two layers, try dividing the dough into two silicone baking sheets, then baking each pan in turn. There's no need to grease the pan with oil or butter because the cake batter shouldn't stick to the silicone pan.
You can easily find silicone pans that are safe to use in the microwave
Step 6. Place the baking sheet in the microwave and bake the cakes on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds
After the recommended time has elapsed, check the doneness of the cake. If the surface still looks runny, bake the cake again at 1 minute intervals until it's really soft and not runny.
Step 7. Wait for the cake to cool completely before adding the frosting
Usually, it will take about an hour for the cake to cool completely. Remember, never add frosting while the cake is still warm so the frosting doesn't end up melting! After the cake is decorated with frosting, immediately cut and serve it.
Method 3 of 4: Baking Pizza in the Microwave
Step 1. Prepare instant yeast
To activate instant yeast, you need to first mix 120 ml of warm water and 1 tsp. sugar in a small bowl, then stir the two until the sugar dissolves. After that, add 1 tsp. Instant yeast into a bowl, then stir all ingredients until well blended. Set the bowl aside for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
Step 2. Combine 240 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large bowl
Then, mix the two together well, then make a hole in the center of the bowl with a spoon.
Step 3. Pour the yeast into the center of the flour, then mix the two together using a spoon or your fingertips
Keep stirring until the dough starts to look lumpy and lumpy. If the texture of the dough is too dry, increase the amount of water.
Step 4. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the dough, then knead the dough for 5 minutes
To knead the dough, you just need to push the dough while pressing it gently in a back and forth motion using your palms. Once kneaded, the dough should be shaped like a ball with a soft and supple texture.
Step 5. Cover the bowl with the dough with a damp cloth, then let it rest for about 1 hour until the dough rises completely
After an hour, check the condition of the dough. If it has doubled in size, it means the dough is ready to use. If this is not the case, cover the bowl with a damp cloth again to allow the swelling process to continue.
Place the bowl of dough in a warm place to make it rise faster
Step 6. Divide the dough into two, then roll out each dough with a rolling pin
First, sprinkle the surface with flour so that the dough is easier to roll out, then roll out the dough until it reaches a thickness of 20 cm. This dough will form the basis of your pizza.
Step 7. Prick the surface of the dough with a fork
Pierce the entire surface of the dough with a distance of about 1.3 cm between each stitch. These holes are needed as a way for air to circulate so that the dough does not expand and crack in the microwave.
Step 8. Add various toppings to the pizza dough
Start by spreading the sauce and sprinkling the cheese over the surface of the dough. After that, add various toppings according to taste such as chopped onions, peppers, and mushrooms. If you want to add meat, make sure the meat is thoroughly cooked before adding it to the batter.
Step 9. Place the pizza on a microwave-safe wire rack and bake the pizza for 4 minutes
After 4 minutes, check the pizza doneness. If the cheese on the surface is still not melted, re-bake the pizza for another 1-2 minutes.
If your microwave doesn't come with a wire rack, try purchasing it separately at various online and offline stores
Step 10. Cut the pizza and serve immediately
Transfer the pizza from the wire rack onto a plate with the help of a spatula. After that, use a very sharp knife to cut the pizza into even sizes.
Method 4 of 4: Microwave Baking Brownies
Step 1. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave
Place 1 stick of butter and 90g of unsweetened chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. After that, heat the bowl of chocolate and butter on full power for 2 minutes. Every 30 seconds, open the microwave and stir the contents of the bowl with a spoon until they are completely melted.
Step 2. Beat 2 eggs and 240 grams of sugar in a bowl
Keep whisking until the ingredients are well mixed and there are no lumps. Set the bowl aside.
Step 3. Put the dry flour mixture into a separate large bowl
Enter 120 grams of flour, tsp. baking powder, and tsp. salt into a bowl, then stir all three until well combined. After that, make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture using a spoon.
Step 4. Pour the chocolate and egg mixture into the center of the flour
After that, stir all the ingredients using a spoon until there are no visible lumps.
Step 5. Pour the mixture into a glass pan that has been greased with oil

To make the brownies taste even more delicious, sprinkle chocolate chips on the surface of the dough before baking
Step 6. Put the pan in the microwave and bake the brownies on high for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, remove the brownies to check for doneness. If the surface texture still feels runny, bake the brownies again for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7. Let the brownies sit for 3 minutes to cool down
After the temperature of the brownies feels safe for the tongue, immediately cut them with a very sharp knife, then serve the brownie slices on a serving plate.
