If your account is hacked or locked, Epic Games' customer support service can quickly provide assistance if you know your Account ID. This wikiHow teaches you how to find your Account ID so you can use it as proof that you really are the account owner when you contact customer support.
Step
Step 1. Log in to your Epic Games account
You can use a web browser and visit https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal?productName=epicgames&lang=en, or log in via the console.
-
Log in using your Epic Games email address and password. If you forget the password, click Forgot Your Password?
to get an email with a link to reset your password.
Step 2. Go to the settings page
If you are using a web browser, you will be taken to the settings page after clicking the link above. On a game console or platform, you may have to scroll through your Epic Games account menu to find Settings.
If you can't find the settings page, open an Epic game (eg Fortnite), select a game mode, select Options in the lobby, then select the gear icon to open the settings page. Find your Account ID by selecting the silhouette icon.
Step 3. Look for your Account ID
You'll find it at the top of the screen if you're using a gaming platform, or under the "Account Info" heading if you're using a web browser.
