This wikiHow teaches you how to record audio and video from a Zoom meeting on your Android phone or tablet. You just need to install a screen recorder app from the Play Store.

Step 1. Install the screen recorder app from Play Store
Some popular options with good ratings include Mobizen, DU Recorder, and Screen Recorder by Genius Recorder. Follow these steps to download the app:

- Browse through the available options until you find an app with positive ratings and reviews (eg Mobizen or DU Recorder).
- Touch " INSTALL ”.
Step 2. Open the screen recorder app
The steps to follow are similar for all popular app options. Follow the on-screen instructions to go through the tutorial or initial setup process, and make sure you give the app the permissions it needs when prompted.
- Once the app is running, a new icon will be displayed at the end of the screen and can be moved around. You can touch the icon to access the recording features.
- This icon is always accessible on the screen so you can start recording the screen when you open any application.
Step 3. Open Zoom
This app is marked by a blue icon with a blue and white video camera. You can find this icon on your device's home screen or app drawer.
Step 4. Start the meeting
If you want to join a meeting that has already started, move on to the next step. If you want to have a meeting:
- Sign in to your Zoom account.
- Touch " Start Meeting ”.
- Slide the “Use personal meeting ID” switch to the active position or “On” (blue).
- Give the code below the screen to anyone who wants to join.
- Touch " Start a Meeting ”.
Step 5. Join an existing meeting
If you are the one holding the meeting, move on to the next step. If not:
- Touch " Join Meeting ”.
- Enter the meeting code/ID.
- Touch " Join Meeting ”.
Step 6. Touch the screen recorder icon displayed on the screen
Some additional icons or options will be displayed.
Step 7. Touch the record button
The appearance of the buttons is different for each app, but they usually look like a dot icon or an arrow target pad. The screen and audio output of the application will be recorded immediately.
- You may need to grant additional permissions the first time you record.
- To pause the recording process, touch the pause button (usually displayed as two vertical lines) on the recorder app icon.
Step 8. Touch the stop button to stop the recording process when finished
This button is displayed as a square or circle. The recorded video will be saved to the device gallery.
