Step
Method 1 of 4: Stir-fried Chicken
Step 1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into pieces that are small enough and not too big
Wash 4 boneless chicken breasts and cut them into 2.5-5 cm pieces.
Step 2. Add flour, salt and pepper
Pour 2 cups flour, 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons pepper into a large bowl. Stir all the ingredients until well blended. This mixture will form the flour coating for the chicken breasts.
Step 3. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add 2 tablespoons minced garlic to the skillet and heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until the garlic is fragrant before adding the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4. Coat the chicken in flour
Place the chopped chicken into the bowl of the flour mixture and stir until the chicken pieces are coated with the flour mixture. Make sure the outside of the chicken is completely covered in flour, so that the chicken cooks well and evenly when frying in the pan.
Step 5. Fry the chicken in a skillet over medium heat
Shake off the excess flour on the chicken and place it in the pan along with the preheated garlic. Place the chicken pieces side by side in the pan to start the frying process. Turn the chicken over when it turns brown on the underside, and continue this process until all sides turn a very light golden/brown color. This will take about 6-8 minutes.
When the chicken is evenly cooked, you can season it with a little salt and pepper to taste
