Looking hot is the best way to attract attention and boost your self-confidence! Many ways are used to show an attractive appearance. However, an attractive appearance is not only shown from physical appearance, but how you position yourself and act! See the first step to get started.
Step
Part 1 of 3: Look Exciting with Make-Up and Hairdo
Step 1. Take care of your skin
Your skin is the first object that other people notice. Therefore, you have to take good care of your skin. Most people (including celebrities!) have experienced facial acne or other imperfections. Try to take care of your skin's overall health rather than being depressed by a single pimple that appears on the skin.
- Using a mild face wash every day will help you get rid of unwanted oil and dirt, without stripping your face of the oil it really needs. Wash your face in the morning when you wake up and do it again before you go to sleep.
- Find and know your skin type to get the right face wash and moisturizer. People with dry skin tend to have skin that peels easily. Oily skin looks radiant just hours after washing it off. Sensitive skin often itch and experience allergies as a reaction to chemicals.
- Keep your face, hands, and body moisturised, especially when the weather is dry (such as winter or summer). Keeping skin moisturized will help you look radiant and healthy!
- You should avoid touching your face, as the oil on your fingers can irritate the skin and cause acne.
Step 2. Complete your look with make-up
Make-up isn't mandatory for everyone, but it can help you feel more confident and attractive. You can use make-up to highlight different aspects of your face.
- These are the make-up uses that really help you. If you have a pimple on your face, you can cover it up and use make-up to highlight your eyes (if your eyes are one of the most attractive parts of your body).
- If you have beautiful eyes (and you do!) you can add color to them using eyeshadow. Do not choose an eyeshadow that is the same color as your eye color, because it will look monochrome. For example, if you have blue eyes, try a purple eyeshadow (lavender for the day, and deep plum for the evening). If you go dancing, go for a metallic color like turquoise or silver.
- Using lip tint or lipstick can be a great way to bring out a dramatic and dynamic look. Red lipstick is a woman's best friend. Pair it with a smoky eye color and a classic black dress, and you're looking so pretty to go!
Step 3. Use make-up that looks natural or natural
Use make-up that shows your natural face, while highlighting the voluptuous parts. This will make you look even more attractive (especially your eyes) without going overboard.
- Add a clear border to your eyes by using a smooth, natural colored eyeliner (like brown). Then, use a light brown eyeshadow.
- Using mascara can make your eyelashes look more attractive and longer. Make sure you use the mascara that suits you, as some mascara can look clumpy, not the way you want it to.
- Shape your face by using bronzer to highlight your cheekbones. Blush can help you to widen or lengthen your face depending on what you want (apply in a horizontal line to widen or across the temples and jaw to lengthen).
Step 4. Try using eyes with a smokey look
Eyes with a smokey look are always suitable and can be used in any condition. The smokey look draws the attention of others to your eyes, add some color too. Apply eyeshadow with a base color on your lids so you don't use a darker shade.
- Apply a nude eyeshadow to the entire eyelid. Use eyeshadow that shimmers from the lower eyelid to the eyebrows. Draw a line on the top and bottom of the eye using a dark eyeliner (brown or black). You can smooth out the lines you create with a Q-tip.
- Apply a darker shade of eyeshadow to the entire eyelid and crease. Mix colors up and out.
- Use a color that stands out under the brow bone and tear glands. Line the inner lash line with eyeliner to amplify the effect. Layer your lashes with two to three lashes and curl your lashes upwards.
Step 5. Clean your hair properly
Any hairstyle is fine, but healthy hair is always attractive hair. Rinse your hair as often as you need to clean it. For all hair types, however, you should ensure that you only rinse your scalp. Rinsing the ends of your hair can cause them to stick out!
- Hair can be rinsed between once daily to once every three days, depending on what suits you. Now, there's a lot of speculation that rinsing your hair every day can cause your hair to dry out faster and start producing more oil. You might try rinsing your hair not every day, or maybe even changing your shampoo.
- If your hair tends to be oily, you may want to rinse your hair every day. You may even want to change your shampoo, as shampoo can cause oily hair.
- Curly, coarse (and usually thicker!) hair may not need to be rinsed as often. Twice a week, at most three times, otherwise the hair will become drier and curlier.
Step 6. Get the right haircut
Hair is a body part that can make you stand out and make you feel confident or vice versa. Once you find your face shape, it will be easier to find a haircut that fits. There are 6 face shapes: oval, round, square, rectangle, heart shape, and diamond shape.
- For an oval face, your face is one and a half times the width of your face. Your forehead is usually larger than your chin. You're very lucky because most haircuts will look good on your oval face.
- A round face has prominent cheeks, and your face is the same length and width. Avoid bangs and try to make the top hair more fluffy (ponytails and buns work well for round faces). This will make your face look oval in shape.
- A square face has a prominent jaw and chin. The jawline and forehead are the same width. Bangs and short hair tend to make your face look more square, so avoid these haircuts. Haircuts that are suitable for a square face are layers and long hair.
- A rectangular face is slightly longer than an oval face (this face shape is often confused), but it is not wide. People with rectangular faces usually have a pointed chin. Chin-length bangs and layers are perfect for this face, which will help your face look less long.
- Heart-shaped face, broad forehead and cheekbones. A heart shape means you have a pointed jaw and chin. A suitable haircut is long hair with more fluffy hair volume around the chin.
- or a diamond-shaped face, jawbones and narrow forehead. The cheekbones are the widest part of your face. Let your hair grow around the hairline and jawline. Textured bangs and ends can cover a narrow hairline and chin.
Step 7. Find the right haircut
Sometimes voluptuousness can be obtained by finding the right haircut. Try some haircuts that make you look amazing and that you like. Change your haircut after 1 week so you don't look boring. Sometimes trying new things will make it more interesting.
- For wavy hair, try: style your hair in a slightly messy way by letting the fine hairs loose; or pull the hair at the top of your head and tie it back, letting the ends curl; or try a straight style at the bottom, with a bun at the side.
- For straight hair, try: side parting with the rest of the hair down; or a ponytail with a fluffy front with a little hairspray; or French braid on one side and then tie it back, letting the hair down.
- For curly or curly hair, try: keep your hair short or let it flow with the front part of your hair more voluminous; or gather a small section of hair at the hairline and pull it back, letting the hair down on the sides and back; or gather a small section of hair and pin it back.
Part 2 of 3: Looking Exciting Dressed
Step 1. Wear clothes that suit you
Wearing clothes that are too big or too small can make you look untidy. You will feel uncomfortable, which will make you feel insecure and unattractive. Wearing clothes that fit your body also shows your body type.
- Take measurements. Measure your chest circumference, gripping the tape measure or tape firmly, but not too tightly. Measure your waist slightly loose, so as to make room for your body folds. Measure your hips, including the back. Keep this size in mind when looking at the size chart.
- Take a bra measurement. Most women use the wrong bra size whether it is too small or too big. The best way to make sure you're using the correct size is to try it with someone more experienced (usually an underwear company, like Victoria' Secret).
Step 2. Use together as suitable
One way to look hot is to wear clothes that make you stand out and make your appearance stand out. If you wear clothes that don't look good on your body, this will be a problem in your appearance. Searching and finding clothes that fit takes a bit of patience and experimentation.
- Use your "uniform". That is, some (about two or three pairs) of clothes that you enjoy wearing and make you look good. Use your style of dress as a hallmark so you have a way of dressing that gets people to notice. For example: if you tend to wear dresses, choose a dress that becomes your "uniform," such as the retro 1950s dress style. To make your appearance less boring, you can wear belts and dresses of different colors. Depending on the weather, you may be able to wear leggings and boots, or without shoes and flats.
- Wearing clothes with neutral base colors can help you style your appearance, so that your appearance doesn't look too flashy. This means some shirts and trousers and skirts in neutral colors (such as black, navy blue, white, and gray). You can mix and match these outfits with shirts or trousers or flashy accessories. For example, you can mix and match a red patterned shirt with black skinny jeans, a gray jacket, and gray boots. You can also add some big, flashy earrings (yellow or orange) or a scarf.
- Red is believed to be the color that attracts a lot of attention. Women who wear red tend to look more attractive than people who don't (or anyone who doesn't wear red at any given time). Wearing a flashy red dress or even just a red scarf can make you look more voluptuous.
Step 3. Use cute accessories
Whether it's cute accessories, flashy colors, wide belts, or flashy earrings, accessories are a way to present yourself without going overboard. There are many ways to find your style of dress so that people notice your style!
- Handbags are part of a good-looking and useful style. If you tend to wear certain colors (like greens and browns), grab a handbag that complements those colors (like shimmery gold).
- Jewelry is the best way to attract attention. Find what you love and show it! Long dangling earrings are suitable for people with short hair, or hair that is usually pulled back. Wearing pearls with jeans and a short-sleeved t-shirt can make you look classic. You can also wear jewelry to make your look more colorful (for example, if you're wearing a gold dress with green on the sides, you can wear green earrings to match your dress).
- Scarves, belts, and socks (leggings, socks, tights, and so on) are functional items that can make you look even more hot! You can wear a colored scarf and belt and pair it with trousers or a short-sleeved shirt made of soft fabric. You can wear a dark gray dress paired with leggings in a striking color and pattern.
Step 4. Wear the right shoes
You definitely want shoes that work well in your shoe closet, but are also comfortable. If you can't walk in high heels, switch to high heels for flats. When you feel uncomfortable, other people will feel it too and will think a little that you don't look exciting.
- Flat shoes are a versatile type of shoe. You can mix and match the use of flat shoes with everyday clothing styles or on certain events. Based on shoe color, shoes can stand out clearly (like red) or look comfortable (like gray and brown).
- Boots make for a classy look, especially if they're wearing boots with a little heel. Black boots have many uses, and if they provide comfort, you can wear them anywhere. Ankle boots go well with skinny jeans, skirts, even shorts and tights!
- High heels are one of the complementary appearances that you must get used to before you mix them with the clothes you wear. Wearing a pair of brightly colored high heels can make you feel and look hot! They will give a different look to any outfit (even jeans and a short-sleeved t-shirt), but if you can't walk well then you're not comfortable.
Step 5. Bring out your unique style of dress
If you only follow the latest trends, you will not be noticed by others. People who mix and match the current trends with their own style are called “hot”. This is because, the person knows what is appropriate and suitable for them to wear.
- The best way to create a unique style without breaking into new territory is to find some complementary looks. These objects such as jewelry, scarves, shoes, even certain colors that make you look unique. For example: you can wear a plain black dress and skirt, but you can also wear funky leggings and a flashy color (like wearing a Monet painting, or wearing leggings with a hole in it).
- Find clothes in unusual places. Women's clothing tends to be the same style, but you can find awesome short sleeved T-shirts (with cavities, and pictures of dinosaurs, and comic book characters) in the menswear area. Finding cute items (like handmade jewelry) can help you stand out.
Part 3 of 3: Looking Exciting with Lifestyle Choices
Step 1. Strive for a healthy life
Health is very important for your physical, mental and appearance condition. Getting enough sleep, and exercise, can affect your physical appearance (especially your skin).
- Exercise is a very important part of being able to look exciting! It's not just about losing weight, it's about keeping your body healthy. Exercise releases chemicals that improve your mood and keep your body healthy. Exercise for 30 minutes every day is the recommended exercise time. So turn on the music and dance, or go for a run.
- Get enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep not only makes you sluggish, it also makes you feel less well and increases the likelihood of problems. Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night (if you are a teenager, get 9 hours of sleep a night). The earlier you go to bed before midnight, the healthier your body will be. Turn off all electronic equipment (phones, computers, iPods) at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
- Drink enough water. Most people today are dehydrated, because they are not getting enough water. Getting enough water can help you control your weight, make your skin look brighter, and make you feel happier. Try to drink at least 8 glasses every day. If you don't like drinking water, drink a white or orange soda, or put a lemon wedge in a bottle of water. Avoid drinking too much caffeine or sugary drinks, as they will dehydrate you.
Step 2. Eat the right foods
What goes into your body makes a huge difference to the health of your skin and hair, even to your mental health. You should make sure that you eat foods that help you improve your physical and mental health, rather than foods that make you feel worse.
- For a healthy diet, you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Prepare at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Good fruits and vegetables are green leafy vegetables, or with bright colors (such as red peppers, onions, and so on), and blueberries, strawberries, and bananas.
- Try to eat foods with essential fatty acids such as salmon, nuts, avocados, and flaxseeds. It's great for your mental health, as well as your skin.
- Low-fat dairy products, which have vitamin A and acidophilus, can help regulate the digestive tract which helps to flush toxins from the body. So, it makes your body and skin healthier.
- Try to avoid fast food and processed or sugary foods. Not only do they have an adverse effect on your skin, they make you feel worse, and more moody. You can not completely stop eating these foods, but limit your consumption.
- Consume three main meals each day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and two snacks (between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner). This will regulate your blood sugar and metabolism. In particular, make sure that you eat breakfast, as this will help you get through your day. Your diet might look something like this: oatmeal with raisins and nuts for breakfast, hard-boiled eggs and apples for snacks, whole grain pasta with low sodium tomato sauce and cheese for lunch, celery sticks and peanut butter for snacks, grilled chicken and brown rice with salad for dinner.
Step 3. Build your self-confidence
More than physical attraction, self-confidence is a way of how you are noticed and called exciting. You can dress simply – by societal standards and still have that self-confidence that keeps others awake and paying attention. Fortunately, self-confidence is something you can practice until you get it.
- Avoid judging yourself too harshly. Other people sometimes scream or say stupid things, and no one seems exciting 100% of the time. The more you pressure yourself when things don't go according to your plan, the less confident you will feel.
- Avoid judging others. Scientists have found that people who often judge others harshly reflect that they have poor self-esteem and have low self-esteem. If you find yourself making negative judgments about other people, stop and change your judgments to something positive or neutral. For example, if you find you're thinking "wow, that sounds really bad" change your thoughts to "no one can choose the voice they're born with" or "he's telling the best jokes!"
- Avoid comparing yourself to others. This is pointless. There will always be someone who looks more hot than you, gets more attention than you, and has nicer hair than you. Comparing yourself to others will only make you feel worse, which will make your self-confidence worse.
- Practice body language that reflects confidence. Walk with confidence; Stand with straight shoulders and chest out. Make eye contact when you interact with other people. Eye contact is not only a sign that someone looks hot, but also a sign of confidence.
Step 4. Get rid of negative thoughts
In order to maintain your positive attitude and increase your self-confidence, you have to get rid of your negative thoughts. Negative thoughts about yourself and other people will make you feel worse about yourself and others will too, whether you realize it or not.
- For example, if you look in the mirror every morning and say to yourself "Wow, I'm terrible," it will not only convince you that you are terrible, but also convince others that you are terrible.
- Pay attention to your mindset and where you think more negatively about yourself. When you pay attention to how you think about yourself, you will begin to notice all the sad things you say to you every day. Once you recognize the thought, you can change it.
- When you think negatively about yourself, turn those thoughts into positive or neutral ones. For example, if you think "wow, I'm terrible," every time you look in the mirror, take a look at yourself and think "My teeth look great today," or say thank you for your healthy body. You can change your thinking from neutral to positive. Start telling yourself that you are beautiful and subconsciously, you will start to believe it.
- Get rid of people who bring negative aura from your life as much as possible. People who make you feel like you look bad, who are always criticizing you, who drain your energy are people you need to avoid as much as possible. If you can't avoid the person forever in your life, limit your meeting times so that you only have a limited amount of time with them.
Step 5. Show your best qualities
Although the "hot look" comes from physical appearance and self-confidence, people tend to consider people who have good personalities to be more attractive than those who don't.
- Friendly attitude, being a good listener, respecting others, are qualities that make people find someone more attractive than just looking at their physical appearance. Cultivating these qualities can increase your level of interest in the views of others.
- Help others without expecting anything in return. Take a friend to the doctor, buy coffee for the person behind you in line, give your time and money to help the homeless.
- This doesn't mean you live for someone else's life. Helping people, and listening to people is the best thing if you can take care of yourself at the same time.
Step 6. Educate yourself about the perception of beauty
One thing you need to remember when you are struggling to “look hot” is that “hot” is constantly being redefined. Therefore, being yourself, and having self-confidence is very important.
- Stop comparing yourself to women in magazines or television. The "perfect" woman doesn't look like that in reality. They have a team of hair stylists, wardrobe artists, make-up artists, people who specialize in lighting, and a photoshop program that makes them look like that.
- Remember, people sometimes bustle (make your back look big, while making your waist look unnaturally small) to look attractive. Some of the current "ravishing" modes and versions look very funny or weird.
Tips
- Get your hair cut at least a few days before school starts or before you start a new job. This will allow you to get used to your new appearance before you enter a new situation.
- If your eyes are red and swollen because you don't have enough time to rest, you can put a cold, wet tea bag over your eyes and use a cold cloth to remove the red and puffy eyes.
- If you like to use perfume, don't overdo it. The closer someone can smell the perfume, the more exciting you will feel.
Warning
- Try to avoid obsession with looking exciting. The obsession is an unattainable standard. This doesn't mean that you can't dress up and wear make-up and get attention!
- Remember that no one is pulling 100% all the time. This applies to everyone: celebrities, hot people. Few people look as attractive as soon as they wake up like they were in a movie.
- Remember that you are not obligated to look beautiful in front of everyone. Beauty standards that are developing today, especially for women, are very difficult to follow. Even if you wear make-up every day and wear very attractive clothes, you can't live up to everyone's standards. Don't try. Live by your own beauty standards.
