- 200 ml frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup milk, low-fat or whole milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 ice cubes

- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp orange extract or liquor (such as Triple Sec)
- 8 ice cubes
- A pinch of cardamom seeds
- A pinch of grated orange peel

Blend for one minute, or until smooth.
