If you need to delete a table from a Google Docs document, you're in luck! You can easily delete a table on any Google Docs platform, mobile or desktop by opening the table menu and selecting the " Delete " option.
Step
Method 1 of 4: On Mac Computer

Step 1. Visit Google Docs
If you're not logged into your account, enter your email address and password to continue.

Step 2. Click the document you want to edit

Step 3. Use two fingers to click the document table
You can also press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking the table.

Step 4. Click Delete table
Now the table is gone!
You may need to hover over the " Delete " option to see the " Delete table " option, depending on the type/style of the existing table
Method 2 of 4: On PC

Step 1. Visit Google Docs
If you're not logged into your account yet, type your email address and password into the fields provided.

Step 2. Click the document you want to edit

Step 3. Right-click the table in the document

Step 4. Click Delete table
Now the table is gone!

Method 3 of 4: On iOS Devices

Step 1. Open the "Docs" app

Step 2. Touch the document you want to edit

Step 3. Touch the screen
After that, the document editing options will be displayed.

Step 4. Touch the edit icon
This icon looks like a white pen inside a blue circle, in the lower-right corner of the screen.

Step 5. Touch an existing table

Step 6. Touch Delete table
The table will disappear right after!
Method 4 of 4: On Android Device

Step 1. Open the "Google Docs" app

Step 2. Touch the document you want to edit

Step 3. Touch the table in any section

Step 4. Touch More
This option is indicated by a horizontal icon on its right side.

Step 5. Touch Delete table
After that, the table will be immediately deleted from the document!
