This wikiHow teaches you how to create and add a new Gmail or Yahoo email address to an existing Gmail or Yahoo account.

Method 1 of 5: Creating a New Gmail Address on a Desktop Computer

Step 1. Open Gmail

Visit https://www.gmail.com/ via a web browser. After that, the main email account's inbox will load if you're already signed in to your Gmail account.

If not, type in your email address and password to log in before continuing

Step 2. Click the profile icon

It's a profile photo icon in the upper-right corner of your inbox. A drop-down menu will load afterwards.

If you have not set a profile photo, this icon is displayed as the first letter of your first name on a colored background

Step 3. Click Add account

It's in the lower-left corner of the drop-down menu. A new page will load after that.

This information includes:

• First and last name.
• Username for the new address.
• Password for the new address.
• Date of birth.
• Gender.
• Phone number.
• The current active email address.
• Location/country (eg Indonesia)

Step 7. Click Next step

It's in the lower-right corner of the account creation section.

Step 8. Scroll through the page and click I AGREE

It's in the middle of the page. The new Gmail address has now been added to the main Gmail account. You can switch your primary account to a new one by clicking the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, then selecting the account you need to use in the drop-down menu.

Method 2 of 5: Creating a New Gmail Address Via iPhone

Step 1. Open Gmail

Tap the Gmail app icon, which looks like a white envelope with a red “M” on it. Your email inbox will load if you're already signed in to your Gmail account.

If not, type in your Google email address and password, then select “ Sign in ”.

Step 1. Open the notification bar

Step 1. Open Yahoo

Method 5 of 5: Creating a New Yahoo Email Address on a Mobile Device

Step 1. Open Yahoo Mail

Tap the Yahoo Mail app icon, which looks like a purple box with a white envelope and the words "Yahoo! ".
