This wikiHow teaches you how to select and move books and other content from one Kindle device to another using a desktop internet browser.

Step 1. Sign in to the same Amazon account on both Kindle devices
Use the same account on both devices to move books.
Step 2. Open the Amazon site in a browser
Type www.amazon.com into your browser's address bar, then press Enter or Return on your keyboard.
If you are not logged into your account, click the " Sign in ” in yellow on the menu bar, then log in using your Amazon account username and password.
Step 3. Hover over your name in the menu bar
It's next to the search bar, in the upper-right corner of the screen. The account menu will be displayed after that.
Step 4. Click Your Content and Devices on the menu
A list of all the books and other content will be displayed on a new page.
Step 5. Select the book to be moved
Click the checkbox next to the content or book you want to transfer to another Kindle device.
Step 6. Click the yellow Deliver button
It's at the top of the book and content list. A new pop-up window will appear.
Step 7. Click the Devices Selected tab
A list of all Amazon devices will be displayed in the drop-down menu.
Step 8. Select the Kindle device you want to transfer to
Click the desired device name. The selected device will be set as the transfer destination.
Step 9. Click the Deliver button
It's in the lower-right corner of the pop-up window. All selected books and content will be moved to the Kindle device you specified.
