Tips
- It's a good idea to have a second email address. This way, you can associate it with your primary Gmail account and send password information to that account in case you ever forget your primary Gmail account password.
- If your browser saves old password entries and doesn't save new ones, go to the browser's built-in password manager tool and delete all entries for Gmail or Google. After that, you will be asked to save a new password when accessing your account.
- Do not use the same password entry on other accounts if you are worried about being hacked and your accounts being misused.
- Write down passwords in a notebook or save them in a password manager program in case you forget them.
