Having a power bank gives you convenience, especially when you can't access or use a wall outlet. With a power bank, your devices will never run out of power. However, in order to charge your device on the go, the power bank itself must be charged. This device can be easily charged using a laptop or wall socket. After the power bank is fully charged, you can unplug it and use it again.
Step
Part 1 of 3: Connecting the Power Bank
Step 1. Check the LED light to see if the power bank needs to be charged
Although the power bank can be charged at any time, unnecessary charging can actually reduce its durability. Usually, power banks have four LED lights on the sides. These lights will turn off when the power is reduced. Wait until only one or two lights are on.
Step 2. Connect the power bank to a wall outlet if possible
The power bank comes with a USB cable and a wall adapter. Connect the large end of the USB cable to the wall adapter. After that, attach the small end of the cable to the power adapter (power bank). Let the device charge.
Step 3. Connect the power bank to your computer or laptop alternatively
You can use a computer or laptop to charge the power bank. Connect the small end of the USB cable to the power bank. After that, connect the large end of the cable to a computer or laptop USB port or drive.
Charging a power bank with a computer will take longer than a wall outlet
Part 2 of 3: Charging the Power Bank
Step 1. Check the manufacturer's or manufacturer's instructions for the approximate charging time
You should not charge the device for longer than necessary. The manufacturer's instructions may indicate the approximate duration required to charge the power bank. Usually, the power bank needs to be charged for 1-2 hours.
Step 2. Unplug the charger once the power bank is fully charged
Check the charger periodically when it is connected to a power source. Once all the LED lights are on, disconnect the charger.
If the LED light does not work, remove the charger after the estimated charging time has elapsed
Step 3. Check if the power bank is properly charged
After charging, connect one of the electronic devices to the power bank using a USB cable. If it charges properly, the connected device will charge immediately.
If charging fails, try connecting the power bank to a different outlet. If it still won't charge, there's a possibility that your power bank is damaged. Contact the manufacturer or manufacturer to see if the device can be repaired
Part 3 of 3: Ensuring Power Efficiency
Step 1. Use a wall outlet as much as possible to charge the device
In general, a wall socket can charge a power bank faster than a computer or laptop. Always charge the device through a cold outlet, unless you only have a laptop or computer.
Step 2. Only use the cable included in the purchase package to charge the power bank
Devices usually come with a charging cable with a USB port and a wall adapter. Do not use a different cable that is not designed for your power bank.
Step 3. Do not charge the power bank for too long
Make sure you don't leave the device plugged into a power source for too long. Charging the device for hours on end can reduce battery life or durability. Only charge the power bank for as long as needed (until all device LEDs light up).
Step 4. Charge electronic devices simultaneously
When charging a power bank, plug any other electronic device that normally plugs into a power bank into a wall outlet if you need to charge it. Charging electronic devices will consume power or power bank batteries. If you charge electronic devices and power bank at the same time, you don't need to use the power bank after that. This helps to increase the battery life of the power bank.
