If you want to make extra money from YouTube videos, you'll need to link your AdSense account. AdSense will place ads in the form of text or images on videos. You will earn money every time the ad is shown or clicked. After linking your AdSense account to YouTube, you can earn money by uploading interesting videos.

Method 1 of 2: Enabling Account Monetization
Step 1. Visit YouTube on the computer
You must enable account monetization in order to earn money from videos.
Step 2. Sign in to YouTube by clicking the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the start page
The login window will open. Enter your Google email address and password, then click "Sign in" to continue.
Step 3. Open YouTube settings
Click your profile photo in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the menu, then click the cog icon.
Step 4. Go to account monetization options
In the "Overview" menu, click the "View additional features" link to view all the videos available for your account. Scroll down and find the "Monetization" option. After that, click on the "Enable monetization" link. You will be redirected to the "Monetization" page in the channel settings.
Step 5. Enable the monetization feature by clicking "Enable my account"
Step 6. Agree to the terms of use
You'll see the terms of the YouTube partnership program. Agree to the terms by clicking the check box, and selecting "I accept" at the bottom of the page. After that, wait for your request to be approved before starting account monetization. Once the monetization feature is activated, you will receive an email. This process will not take more than 24 hours.
Method 2 of 2: Linking AdSense
Step 1. Look at the monetization status of the account
Once your request has been approved, go back to the "Account Monetization" page. You will be able to see the monetization status on this page.
Step 2. Link your AdSense account
You'll see a "Guidelines and Information" section on your account monetization page. Click the question "How will I get paid?" to open the answer. In the answer text, click the "Associate an AdSense account" link, then click "Next" at the bottom of the next page.
Step 3. Select a Google account
On the next page, you will be asked to select a Google account to link to AdSense. Click the button to select your current Google account.
If you want to use a different Google account, click "Use a different or new Google Account" next to the account, then sign in with the account you want to use
Step 4. Describe your content
On the next page, you will be asked to explain the content in the video. Make sure the link to the YouTube channel and content language is correct on this page, then click "Continue".
Step 5. Submit an AdSense request
On the next page, you will see the AdSense application form. Fill in the required information in the appropriate fields, such as country, time zone, account type, payee name, address, city, phone, and email settings. Your personal information, such as payee name and contact details, must be accurate and match the bank account. After completing the form, click "Submit my application".
