If you run into a problem on Etsy, surely you want to solve it as soon as possible, right? To contact Etsy, you will need to find the contact page. Describe the problem you're having, and then Etsy will get back to you and offer a solution, either by email or by phone. You can also send an email to contact Etsy. However, keep in mind that Etsy does not provide a direct contact number you can call.
Step
Method 1 of 2: Using the Website's Contact Page
Step 1. Visit the contact page on the Etsy website
You can raise or submit a variety of complaints via the Etsy contact page. Visit https://www.etsy.com/help/contact to fill out the form and contact Etsy support. You need to be logged in to your account in order to use the complaint form.
Step 2. Determine the topic
To help direct questions/complaints, select the category that fits your problem. For example, you can select " My Account ", " My Shop ", or " Problems with an Order ". After that, select the appropriate subtopic from the selected category.
These topics appear in the drop-down menu, in the middle of the page
Step 3. Mark the questions that are displayed
Sometimes, the questions asked are already answered by community members. Etsy automatically picks up some questions and answers to see if the answers have helped you. Read the question and answer options carefully to find out if the available answers can solve your problem.
Step 4. Click "Contact Us by Email" if your question is not answered
This button will display a complete form that you can fill out. You can see the button under the question that appears and relates to the selected topic.
Step 5. Use the drop-down menu
Again, you can see a drop-down menu to narrow the topic. For example, if your question is related to an order, the drop-down menu will display the most recent topics about the order that you can choose from.
Step 6. Include the subject and body of the message
The subject is a clue for Etsy to know your needs. After that, you can expand the discussion regarding the problem experienced in the text field below. File a complaint or describe the problem specifically so that the support service can resolve your issue quickly.
Step 7. Have Etsy get back to you
For some cases, you can click the "Request a Phone Call" option at the bottom of the page. Enter your phone number so that Etsy can call you back to address the issue. In general, this option is available for critical issues related to issues experienced while doing business on Etsy.
- Telephone service is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (United States time zone). Etsy will get back to you in 15 minutes.
- Phone calls are available in English and German. However, Etsy can contact you and its users around the world.
Method 2 of 2: Contacting Etsy Via Email
Step 1. Write an email
Create an email through your personal email account to discuss the issue you're having. Describe the problem as specifically as possible. This way, Etsy can solve your problem quickly. Also, address the exact category of problem you are experiencing (eg store or account).
Step 2. Add a subject
The subject line helps Etsy direct your complaint to the appropriate staff. Therefore, be as specific and clear as possible on the subject (eg " Query about Account " for account inquiries or " Shop Question " for store inquiries).
Step 3. Enter your Etsy email address
The email address for Etsy's support services is [email protected]. Enter the address in the recipient field in the email form and make sure you spell it correctly, then send the created email.
Step 4. Stay connected
If Etsy hasn't replied to your message within 1-2 days, please contact Etsy again. You can send a new email or request a phone call. Usually Etsy will contact you within 30 minutes of the request being sent when the network/phone service is open.
