Step 1. Open or create an Excel file

Double-click the Microsoft Excel icon that looks like the letter " X" is green, then click the option " File ” in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and:

Click the radio button next to an option:

  • ” As shown on screen ” to paste the image as it appears on the screen, or
  • ” As shown when printed ” to display the image the way it looks when printed.

The image is now saved on the computer clipboard.
