This wikiHow teaches you how to convert a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation file into a Microsoft Word document using the " Create Handouts " feature in PowerPoint for Windows. You can also export an RTF (Rich Text Format) file using PowerPoint for Mac. The current version of PowerPoint for Mac does not have a "Create Handouts" feature. Meanwhile, RTF files can't accurately convert the format of some PowerPoint features so there's a possibility that many images and backgrounds can't be supported by the RTF format.
