Getting lots of treasure while fighting in Clash of Clans is fun, but for things to work effectively, you'll need to come up with a bit of a plan. Since it costs you money to create troops and find targets, a single raid on your opponent can cost you a lot of wealth. With a balanced small level troop and the ability to find easy targets, you can get a lot of treasure.
Step
Part 1 of 3: Building Troops
Step 1. Focus on the Archer/Barbarian combination
Both types of troops should meet your army. The Barbarian caught the attention of the opposing village guards and received a wound, while the Archer kept his distance behind the Barbarian and destroyed the building from a distance.
You need approximately 90 Archers, and 60 to 80 Barbarians
Step 2. Add Goblins
Goblins are great for plundering your opponent's wealth due to their basic nature which focuses on building wealth stores right from the start.
Step 3. Add Wall Breakers to each group
Wall breakers will pave the way for you to get through hard walls faster, so all your troops have more time to attack buildings before being killed by guards.
Step 4. Level up the troops
Upgraded troops can last longer in battle. Increasing troops should be your initial priority so that the results obtained from the battle can continue to increase.
Step 5. Train troops effectively
Divide the number of troops trained in each Barrack in order to form an even army in the most efficient way possible.
- In the first two Barracks, train 45 Archers on each, bringing the total to 90 units.
- On the other two Barracks, train 40 Barbarians on each Barrack, for a total of 80 units.
- Divide the support troops evenly across all Barracks.
Part 2 of 3: Finding the Perfect Goal
Step 1. Find an inactive village
There are many players who left Clash of Clans or didn't play for some time. How to determine if a village is active or not? Here are some things to check:
- Check if the trophy icon is grayed out or not. The trophy icon is on the top left, next to the player's name. If the trophy icon is gray, the player is inactive.
- Take down one Archer in front of treasure collectors, both Gold and Elixir. Look how much money you get each time you attack him. If you get over 500 treasures in one hit, that means the player has been inactive for quite a while.
- If you get 1,000 treasures in one hit, it means you get a windfall. Don't leave the village.
- If you see that all the workers are sleeping inside the Builder's Hut, it means that the player has been inactive for a while.
- If there are a lot of bushes and trees, it is also another sign that the player is inactive.
Step 2. Find a village with collectors or treasure buildings within easy reach
Villages with collectors and treasure buildings placed outside the village are the best.
- Find the location of the Gold Storage by pressing the Gold Storage icon.
- Find the location of the treasure collector by pressing the collector icon.
- Try aiming for the Town Hall outside (Town Hall Sniping). This may sound strange, but you can get a lot of treasure by destroying the Town Hall on the outside of the village. If the village has 200,000 - 300,000 treasures, and you are sure that the treasure is in a storage building, then aim for the Town Hall from afar; You can get at least 70,000, which is quite a lot by simply aiming for the Town Hall.
Part 3 of 3: Lowering Troops
Step 1. Decide whether you want to attack the treasure collector, the treasure building, or both
By doing so, you can determine where to drop your troops. Your goals depend largely on the composition of the village and its level of defense.
- If you want to target a treasure collector, find a collector located outside the walls, attached to, or out of reach of village guards.
- If you want to target the treasure building, find the easiest way to reach the treasure building, and prioritize buildings that are close to each other.
Step 2. Understand how to drop troops
Choose the troop you want by tapping the troop icon at the bottom of the screen. Take down troops in the opposing village by tapping anywhere on the village. Don't drop troops at one point, or the Mortar will destroy them all in one hit.
Step 3. Take down the Barbarian first
Find the weakest side of the village, or the closest location to the treasure store or collector's building, then take down the Barbarian. After the Barbarian receives fire from the village guards, send down Archers to attack anything within range.
Use Wall Breaker to open an entrance for Barbarian
Step 4. Take down the Goblins to follow the Barbarians
After you take down the Barbarian and Archer, and the entrance has been successfully opened, take down the Goblin. The goblins will immediately focus on attacking the treasure building, so make sure that you drop them in the most advantageous position.
Step 5. Prioritize Gold
If the treasure collector is outside the wall, attack the collector with troops. If the village guards are within range and kill your troops, deploy stronger troops such as Giants first to receive attacks from the village guards, then send down the attacking troops.
Tips
- Remember, the higher the Town hall level, the more money you will have to spend if you keep trying to find good opponents. For example, for Town hall level 10, you have to spend 1,000 Gold for every opponent you miss.
- You can also set your village to farming mode by placing the Town Hall outside the walls. WARNING! Farming mode will deplete trophies, but your treasure will remain safe.
