The game Minecraft is really fun to play, whether alone or with your friends. But imagine if you could change the rules of the Minecraft game! In order to cheat, there are effective built-in game console commands available. Then there are hundreds of "hack programs" and exploits that can be downloaded for free from the internet. This cheat is easy to learn and use. What are you waiting for, use it immediately to make your Minecraft game more exciting!
Step
Method 1 of 2: Using the Console
Setting the Console
Step 1. Make sure this cheat is allowed
Minecraft has a built-in console feature where you can type in cheats. However, you must enable cheats in the game before you can use them on the console. There are several ways to do this:
-
In single player mode:
Click the More World Options… button while setting up the game. On the next page, use the Allow Cheats button to make sure cheats are enabled.
-
In multiplayer mode (multiplayer):
Cheats can be activated by the game host-both on the LAN and the person who created the game server-just like in single-player mode. Usually only the organizers can use fraudulent means.
- In some multiplayer games, cheats can be activated by the moderator (i.e. the operator) during the game, as well as using scripts from the command block.
Step 2. Open the console
After the game starts, open the console. Generally the console can be opened by pressing the "T" key. You can also press the "/" key to open the console-since all commands start with a slash, this shortcut key will help.
The console is the same as the chat window, which you normally use when playing multiplayer games
Step 3. Enter the cheat command
There are tons of commands and cheats that can be typed to affect the game. In the below section there is a short list of the most entertaining commands. Note that this list contains only partial cheats-just to show you what can be done on the console.
Step 4. See the full list of commands for more information
There are many ways to find the full list of Minecraft command consoles, both in-game and online. See below:
- The "/help" command will give you a list of commands to choose from. There are four pages that can be accessed by writing a number after the "/help" command (eg "/help3"). Write without quotes.
- You can also enter a "/" sign and then press "TAB" to switch between commands.
- Finally, you can find a full list of online Minecraft commands on the Minecraft Wiki here.
Example Command
Step 1. Give objects to other players with the command "/give [amount]"
Tired of working constantly in the mines looking for diamonds for armor? Use this command to get it instant.
- Note: must be a valid object ID in Minecraf (see full list here.)
- Example: "/give Joe123 minecraft:iron_pickaxe 10" will give Joe123 10 iron pickaxes.
Step 2. Move yourself with the command "/tp [target player]"
There's nothing more annoying than dying from a creeper, then having to make your way back to the base you built with friends on the other side of the map. With this command, you can go back anywhere, instantly.
- Note: You can also use "/tp [target player] " to move to x/y/z coordinates.
- Note: If you leave the target player blank and type your goal, you will move yourself.
- Example: "/tp Joe123 Jane456" will move Joe123 to position Jane456. "/tp Joe123 100 50 -349" will move Joe123 to coordinates 100, 50, -340.
Step 3. Magic a certain item with the command "/enchant [level]"
Mastering charms throughout the game can be the most challenging and time-consuming thing to do. With this command, any object will become as strong as you want it to be, instantly.
- Note: The charm ID used must be valid (see full list here.)
- Note: Enchantments are applied to objects the player wears, and only work if the enchantment is appropriate for the item in question (for example, fishing line enchantments will not work on bows.) The enchantment level must be between 1 and the maximum enchantment level; if no level is specified, then the level is 1.
- Example: "/enchant Joe123 minecraft:protection" gives the player Joe123 a Protection III enchantment for the armor he wears.
Step 4. Bring any entity with "/summon [x] [y] [z]" command
Do you want to practice attacking creepers? With this command, bring animals, mobs, and even entities like lightning, wherever you want.
- Note: the entity name must be a valid Minecraft entity ID (see full list here.)
- Note: If you don't specify the coordinates, the entity will appear in your location.
- Example: "/summon Creeper -100 59 450" will summon a creeper at x/y/z coordinates -100, 59, 450.
Step 5. Change the weather with the "/weather [duration]" command
This command is mostly used for game aesthetic purposes-you can change the weather in the game, from good to bad, at any time.
Example: "/weather rain 1000" rains for 1,000 seconds
Step 6. Kill the player with "/kill [player]'
If you want to punish a friend or griefer, use this command. But use it with care-many players won't like it, because they die instantly!
- Note: If you don't specify a player (ie "/kill"), you will kill yourself.
- Note: To punish bad players, it's better to use the "/ban" command in exactly the same way for a more permanent solution.
- Example: "/kill Joe123" will kill Joe123.
Method 2 of 2: Downloading and Using Hack Programs
Step 1. Visit the Minecraft hack program site
This downloadable program will affect the tactical aspects of the game. This program is widely available, how to use it is easy. However, because there are so many similar programs, we can't show you a specific way of using them. We will only give a brief overview of how to get and use the hack program. For detailed information, read the description of your chosen hack program.
A good resource for Minecraft hacking programs is MCHacks.net.. There are many other such sites, but MCHacks.net has an easy interface and offers quite a lot of options
Step 2. Download the hack program
On that site, search for the hack program that interests you-usually, the features of this program are listed on the download page. Download it, then look for the program in the download directory.
For example, we will install the Nodus Hacked Client. With this program, you can fly, auto mine, move through walls, and much more. Nodes can be downloaded here
Step 3. Extract the. Zip file
Most of these programs are "zipped" files. To install it, use a. ZIP file extractor program. The process is pretty straightforward – check out our Winzip or 7zip articles for more information.
Note that the process of extracting files will not be the same for every hack program. First, read the information that is included when you download this program
Step 4. Move the hack program files to the Minecraft versions directory
Usually, once it's extracted, you'll need to move the hack program's file directory into the Minecraft directory. Depending on the program, the location of the move may vary. Please read the accompanying description for more information.
- On the Client Node, where to move to depends on your operating system:
-
Windows:
%appdata%\.minecraft\versions
-
Macs:
~Library/ApplicationSupport/minecraft/versions
-
Linux:
Home\.minecraft\versions
Step 5. Enable the hack program when you start the game
Most hacking programs need to be activated before starting to play. Some of them even ask you to create a new profile. So, as always, first read the information included with the program to guide you.
- To play with Nodus, follow these steps:
- Open the Minecraft launcher.
- Select New Profile.
- Set your profile name to "Nodus 2.0" and your version to "Nodus release".
- Save profile.
- Select the new profile and click Play.
Step 6. Beware of using this program in multiplayer mode
Keep in mind that not every player in the game will be happy to know you can do things they can't. Even in this case many servers insist on the "no hacking" rule. For that, play on servers that are not strictly regulated so you can use hacking programs and other cheats. Do not use this program on a "vanilla" server. You will soon be hated by other players, and your IP address will be denied playing.
Don't use a hack program to intentionally mess with another player's project or annoy him-this is called griefing, and moderators most often reject players for griefing
Tips
- Type the command "/toggledownfall" to stop snowing/raining.
- To change the game mode, type "/gamemode (followed by the numbers 0-2)". 0 is survival, 1 is creative, and 2 is adventure.
- To survey the ground really fast, type "/effect (your player name) 1 100 100", then "/effect (your player name) 8 100 5. Your speed will be 100, and your jump will increase by 5 for 100 seconds. That way, you can jump high over hills while still maintaining momentum.
Warning
- Many players do not like to cheat because they feel it will reduce their playing experience. Before you start using cheats, make sure the other players won't mind.
- Be careful - using cheats or hacking programs in a game with strict rules will get you rejected!
