This guide will show you exactly how to unlock all the unlockable characters in Mario Kart Wii. Mario Kart Wii characters are divided into light, medium, and heavy; this determines the type of kart or motor that the character can use. The characters also have slight differences between them (you can note that slight change in stats when you try different characters in the same vehicle).
