So you've bought the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but want to know how to get all the playable characters? Follow the instructions below!
Step
Step 1. Get Ganondorf by completing Classic Mode on the Hard difficulty
You can also play as Link or Zelda on the Normal difficulty, or complete 22 matches.
Step 2. Complete Classic Mode on Normal in under 20 minutes to unlock Captain Falcon
You can also play 70 matches.
Step 3. Complete 100 Man Brawl or play 70 matches to unlock Falco
Step 4. Find Jigglypuff in the secret room in the swamp after completing "Subspace Emissary"
Alternatively, you can unlock it by playing Classic Mode with all the characters except Ike. Or, play 350 matches.
Step 5. Unlock Lucario by completing 1-5 target smash with one character, playing "Subspace Emissary" with Meta Knight and done, or simply playing 100 Brawl
Step 6. Open Mr Game & Watch by playing Classic Mode using all characters or playing 250 Brawl
Step 7. Bounce 10 Projectiles, or play 5 Brawl and meet Ness in the Emissary Subspace
Defeat Ness to get it.
Step 8. Play 160 matches or unlock 250 trophies to earn R. O. B
Step 9. Complete Classic Mode on Hard difficulty to use any character to get Toon Link
You can also play 400 V. S. Brawl.
Step 10. Complete the following instructions to obtain Wolf:
In the arena "Iseki" (The Ruins) Pass the first door when lowered into the hole. Instead, enter the second door in the base to unlock Wolf and Fox. Or, play 450 Brawl.
Step 11. Play 15 Brawl on Shadow Moses Island, or play 130 Brawl to unlock Snake
Step 12. Complete Subspace Emissary, Classic Mode with 10 characters, or play 300 matches to unlock Sonic
Step 13. Complete Classic Mode without dying (continue), or play 22 Brawl to get Luigi
Step 14. Complete Classic Mode, or play 10 Brawl to unlock Marth
You can also open Marth via Subspace Emissary.
