This wikiHow provides a guide to contacting sellers on Amazon. Items shipped by Amazon are usually taken care of by Amazon's customer service. If the item is shipped via a third party seller, you can click “Get help with order” on the order list. Additionally, you can also click on the third-party seller's username to ask something. This guide is intended for the English language Amazon page.
Step
Method 1 of 2: Contacting a Third Party Seller
Step 1. Go to https://www.amazon.com in your browser
You can use the browser installed on your Mac or PC.
If you are not logged into Amazon, click Accounts & Lists in the top right corner then click Sign In. Sign in with your Amazon account email address and password.
Step 2. Click Orders
It's in the top-right corner. This will open your order list.
Step 3. Click the seller's username
The seller's username is next to “Sold by:”, just below the name of the item you purchased.
Step 4. Click Ask a Question
This button is shaped like a yellow box and is located at the top of the page.
Step 5. Select the item type next to "I need assistance with
" Your options are “An order I placed” or “An item for sale”.
Step 6. Choose a subject
Use the menu next to “Select a Subject” to select a subject:

Shipping.

Returns and Refund Policy.

Product Customization.

Step 7. Click Write message
This button is yellow and is located at the bottom of the screen when selecting a subject.
Step 8. Write a message
Use the text box to compose a message. Make sure the message does not exceed 4,000 characters.
If necessary, you can click " Add attachment" to add a file or image.
Step 9. Click Send e-mail
This button is yellow and is located at the bottom of the page. This button will send your message in the form of an email. The seller has two business days to respond.
Alternatively, you can contact 910-833-8343 to communicate with Amazon customer service when your purchases are shipped via Amazon.
Method 2 of 2: Asking for Help With an Order
Step 1. Go to https://www.amazon.com in your browser
You can use the browser installed on your Mac or PC.
If you are not logged into Amazon, click Accounts & Lists in the upper right corner then click Sign In. Sign in with your Amazon account email address and password.
Step 2. Click Orders
It's in the top-right corner. This will open your order list.
Step 3. Click Get help with an order
This yellow button is in the third order of item boxes.
This option only applies to third-party sellers who ship themselves. If a third-party seller ships items via Amazon, use the first method to contact the seller, or call 910-833-8343 to communicate with Amazon customer service.
Step 4. Select the issue
Select several options below to describe your problem, or select “Other issue” to see other options:

Step 5. Write a message
Write a message in the text box that says "Describe your issue" to send it to the seller.
Step 6. Click Send
This button is yellow and is located below the text box. This button will send your message. The seller has two business days to respond.
