Most online and offline sellers will allow you to cancel an order if the product has not yet been shipped. You should try to cancel your order as soon as possible after ordering so you don't incur additional charges. You can cancel the order via the internet, telephone, or face to face.
Step
Method 1 of 3: Canceling an Order by Phone
Step 1. Find the order receipt number
If you ordered by phone, you may have written a confirmation code in place of the note number.
Step 2. Call the company's customer service number listed on the note or the "Contact Us" section of the company's website
Step 3. Find the customer service number using a site like GetHuman
This site has a list of phone numbers for all major sellers. You can also use the GetHuman calling service to call the seller.
Step 4. Call the number by phone
Use the numbers on the voice menu to cancel an order, or enter the order menu.
Step 5. Follow the guide so you can speak to customer service
Provide the confirmation number and other important information.
If the phone menu does not direct you to the ordering information section, press "0" to speak to the operator or customer service faster
Step 6. Listen to the guide on canceling orders
If the order has been shipped, customer service will ask you to refuse the package or return the package with a specific return process.
Step 7. Ask for the cancellation confirmation code, and write it in an easy-to-remember place
Step 8. Check your bank account or credit card to make sure the money has been returned
If your money has not been returned after a month, call the same number to request a refund.
Method 2 of 3: Canceling an Order Over the Internet

Find the order you want to cancel in the order list.

Some sellers ask you to cancel orders by phone or email

You can also send a booking cancellation via email.
If you send an order cancellation via email, make sure you include your name, order date, order number, account number, address, item description, and reason for cancellation
Step 5. Wait for news of cancellation in your account/email
If you don't hear back after 1-2 business days, contact customer service to make sure the request has been received.

Step 2. Go to the location closest to the seller
