If you're planning on getting a tattoo of a winged heart, but haven't found the right design yet, follow this tutorial and you'll be able to create your own design. You can choose between cartoon or gothic designs.
Note: follow the red line for each step.

Method 1 of 4: Cartoon Winged Heart
Step 1. Sketch a large triangle pointing downwards in the center of the paper
Step 2. Draw a smaller triangle pointing up at right angles to the larger triangle
Step 3. Draw a small triangle pointing up again, this time at the left corner of the large triangle
Step 4. Draw a heart and wing outline on the sketch of the three triangles
Make cute little round wings and a cute stylish heart.
Step 5. Erase the sketch lines and make the contour lines stronger
Step 6. Add color and you're done
Method 2 of 4: Gothic Winged Heart
Step 1. Sketch an inverted egg shape
Step 2. Draw a large egg to the left of the first egg
Step 3. Draw another one on the right side
Step 4. Draw the outline of the heart shape on the smaller egg-shaped sketch. Draw fire around the heart
Step 5. Draw an outstretched wing with tangled feathers over the two large egg-shaped sketches
Step 6. Erase the sketch lines and strengthen the contour lines with a pencil
Step 7. Color it and you're done
Method 3 of 4: Cartoon Winged Heart
Step 1. Draw a circle with a vertical line crossing its center point and slightly extending outwards from the circle
Draw two horizontal lines parallel to each other in the upper half circle. This sketch will be the outline of the drawing.
Step 2. Draw a heart shape using the outline above as a guide for the curves
Step 3. Draw the wings using circular indentations on both the left and right sides
Step 4. Emphasize the drawing with the pen and erase the unnecessary lines
Step 5. Perfect the image and color it according to your taste
Method 4 of 4: Traditional Winged Heart
Step 1. Make an oval-shaped image with a vertical position in the center of the paper
This sketch will be the outline for the heart image.
Step 2. Draw curved lines on the top left of the oval-shaped sketch
Step 3. Draw the details on the heart including the veins and valves at the top right of the oval sketch
Step 4. Draw the lower part of the heart muscle and atrium using curved lines
Step 5. Draw the left wing with a simple aerofoil (wing plate) shape and detail the feathers
Step 6. Draw a second feather layer using circular lines
Step 7. Draw the last layer of fur with longer curved lines
Step 8. Emphasize the image with the pen and erase unnecessary lines
Repeat the previous steps to draw the right wing.
