Thin breasts without a cleavage can be frustrating, especially if all the women around you have big breasts. However, you can enlarge the appearance of your breasts with the use of plasters. Plaster not only makes your breasts appear bigger, but it can also be used when wearing open-back tops, dresses, and romper.
Step
Method 1 of 3: Creating Cleavage
Step 1. Cut four sheets of plaster
We recommend using a wound plaster. Sports plaster or cloth is also good. Large tape can also be used, but is risky if your skin is sensitive. Cut the tape slightly smaller than the width of the chest. You may only need three sheets, but keep four just in case.
Step 2. Glue the first sheet
Start gluing the first tape on the outer bottom of the left breast. Use your right hand. Cover half of the breast. Glue with both hands to make sure the tape sticks perfectly.
Step 3. Pull the tape all the way to the inside
Hold the end of the tape attached to the body with your left hand. Pull it as tight as you can, and hold it with your right hand. Release the left hand. Use your left hand to pull the right breast as close to the left breast as possible. Place the remaining tape under the right breast to hold it there.
Step 4. Take the second plaster sheet
This time, start with the right breast. Follow the same process. Glue half of it over the first sheet and the other half over it. Bring both breasts tightly while gluing the tape. This will help lift your breasts and create cleavage.
Step 5. Use the third plaster sheet
This third sheet is only used to fasten the plaster that is already installed. Start on the left side of the glued tape, applying 1 cm to the skin. Drag it to the right side. If it can't reach both sides, add a fourth sheet to finish.
Step 6. Add a short sheet in the middle
To deepen the cleavage, use a small sheet. Cut the plaster a little, not more than 5 cm long. Press the center of the tape that is attached to the breast until it forms a curve (just below the cleavage). Use this small sheet to secure the center by gluing it against the bent part.
Method 2 of 3: Using Plaster to Lift and Reduce Movement
Step 1. Cut six strips of plaster, no wider than the chest
For this purpose, you should make a shape similar to a bra. You will need four sheets of plaster for the base and two sheets of tape for the rope to lift. This is a great way to provide extra support and also when wearing an open-back top. Also, it's lower than the first method if you want to wear a low-neck top.
Step 2. Glue the first sheet
Take a piece of tape and stick it on the bottom corner of the left breast. The plaster should be firmly attached over the ribs. Stick it with both hands firmly. Hold with left hand.
Step 3. Pull the tape across the chest
After the tape is attached, use your left hand to pull the right breast towards the left. After the cleavage is formed, place the tape on the right breast.
Step 4. Glue the second sheet of plaster on top of the first
Take the second sheet and stick it under the right breast. Squeeze both breasts to form a cleavage, pull the tape and stick it under the first sheet. Make sure you pull tight to create the desired cleavage.
Step 5. Use the tape to lift the breast
Now, you need to make the rope. However, this strap only reaches below the collarbone, not being tied to the shoulder. Take a plaster sheet and stick it under the left breast. Pull up, glue from under the left breast to the collarbone. Do the same on the right breast. This strap will lift and make your breasts appear bigger.
Step 6. Fasten with the last plaster
Use the last sheet to fasten. Make sure you tighten the straps and cover the exposed parts. Tighten tightly to provide additional support.
Method 3 of 3: Removing the Plaster
Step 1. Soak the plaster in warm water
A warm shower will loosen the plaster. If you don't have a bath tub to soak in or don't want to take a shower, you can use a wet towel. Wet a towel with warm water and place it over the tape as you lie down. This will make it easier for you to remove the plaster.
Step 2. Gently peel off the tape
Make sure you remove the tape slowly and carefully. If removed too quickly, the risk of skin injury. Even if you're using a bandage that's specifically made to stick to the skin (medical or sports tape), keep removing it gently. Pull off the tape while holding the skin around it. Be careful not to get pulled on the skin.
Step 3. Use baby oil
If you can't pull the tape off, apply baby oil to the skin. Baby oil can remove the adhesive that sticks. Take a cotton swab and wet it with baby oil. Follow the edge of the tape as it slowly releases.
Tips
- It's easier if you ask a friend for help.
- Be careful not to get any wrinkles because the end result will not be smooth.
- Try using a special plaster made for the skin to avoid irritation. You can buy medical or sports plasters.
Warning
- Do not plaster the nipple area. The nipple can be injured when the tape is removed.
- Do not use tape made from non-leather materials. So even if you use baby powder or whatever, your skin can still get irritated and feel very uncomfortable.
- Do not wrap plaster around the body. Your breath will be blocked if the tape is applied too tightly.
- Do not apply the tape to skin that is cut, damaged, or sunburned.
