In many situations, showing cleavage appropriately can create a sexy and charming impression for women. Cleavage makes flat breasts appear fuller and more beautiful. While women with large breasts (usually C cups or above) find it easier to show cleavage, women with small breasts can too.
Step
Method 1 of 3: Choosing the Right Bra
Step 1. Choose the right size
A good bra should support and lift your breasts, and create a cleavage that you can show off.
To be sure, take your own bra measurements or ask a bra salesperson or tailor
Step 2. Consider a bra with wire
Bra wire can support the breast and make it lift.
Avoid bras without wires. Wireless bras do not lift and support the breasts much, and are less able to create cleavage
Step 3. Try bra pads
Pads are inserted into the bra and are usually made of cloth, silicone, or foam, and can add volume.
- Silicone pads come in a variety of styles to fit into most types of bras. Silicone looks and feels like real breasts.
- Fabric and foam cushions are less realistic, but they are soft and can create a sense of fullness.
Step 4. Consider a push-up bra
This type of bra is equipped with extra padding and helps enlarge breasts with a natural impression.
- Look for a push-up bra that uses minimal materials and provides good support for your breasts.
- Push-up bras that use too much material don't look natural, instead creating an attractive cleavage.
Step 5. Do some manipulation
You can create and define cleavage with a few simple adjustments. Try wrapping around the front of the bra, tying the two back straps together with barrettes, or even wearing two bras at once.
- Wrap the front of the breast once, and put on the bra as usual. This loop will bring the cups closer together and create a cleavage.
- Use paper clips or hair bands to hold the two back straps together, slightly above the back. This will lift and bring the breast closer together.
- Wear two bras at once to create volume and lift your breasts. The first bra should be one that brings your breasts closer (try the twist technique if you don't have a specific breast that creates this effect). The second bra should be one that can lift, such as a push-up bra. Two bras may seem a bit overwhelming at first, but you'll get used to it and this trick can create the impression you want.
Method 2 of 3: Choosing the Right Clothes
Step 1. Wear a top with a low neckline
A low cut top will accentuate your bust and is the perfect canvas for creating cleavage.
For example, a V neckline or scoop. The V-neck is great because it supports and frames the cleavage naturally
Step 2. Look for a top that frames your chest
Empire-waisted outfits and wrap tops are great options for creating cleavage.
- The empire model separates the chest from the waist so that the bust looks more prominent.
- The wrap top hugs the curves of the chest and breasts to create a fuller impression.
- If both outfits have a low neckline, the illusion of cleavage will be more obvious.
Step 3. Choose a top that fits the body
Avoid loose clothes that accumulate on the chest so that it drowns the breasts.
Even though the loose top has a low neckline and is open, the bust will still look flat because the chest is hidden under the pile of fabric. The smaller the size of the clothes worn by the body, the more prominent your breasts
Step 4. Visit the tailor
Tailors can make changes to the dress or top to showcase the cleavage.
- A professional seamstress can help accentuate the cleavage by sewing extra chest padding into the garment.
- Professional tailors can also sew clothes that enhance your appearance and accentuate the curves of your chest.
Step 5. Choose a swimsuit that accentuates the chest
Wearing a swimsuit is an opportunity to accentuate your breasts. The elastic and tight swimsuit material alone is able to create cleavage.
- A swimsuit with a halter neck is a great choice. The closeness of the cup distance, the tightness of the material, and the lifting effect will bring the breasts closer together.
- There are some swimsuits that come with wires and chest padding as well as bras. The wires will give structure to the breasts, and the pads will lift them up.
- Try a swimsuit with a very low neckline. Breasts will be more exposed and appear larger. Elastic material will also bring the breast closer.
Method 3 of 3: Using Makeup
Step 1. Use cosmetics to emphasize the cleavage
This is an easy way to create cleavage on small breasts.
By using a dark color on the chest in the shaded areas and a light color in the areas that need to be highlighted, you can create the illusion of large breasts
Step 2. Apply foundation
Spread the foundation on the cleavage and neck area.
- This will even out skin tone and create a clean canvas on which to apply makeup.
- Look for shades that are lighter than your skin.
Step 3. Outline the top curve of the bust with an eye pencil
Position the line slightly higher than the fullest curve, then blend the line.
- Use a pencil color that is darker than your skin tone.
- Blend the pencil lines using a makeup brush.
Step 4. Blend the lines again with contour cosmetics
Using a brush, blend the contour between the breasts in a “V” shape.
Look for a slightly gray contour. These colors will create the illusion of shadows and still look natural
Step 5. Add highlights between the breasts
Apply these highlights over the breasts.
A bright highlight color will accentuate the rounded breasts and create a fuller impression
Tips
- Never wear a sports bra if your goal is to accentuate your cleavage. A sports bra will flatten and reduce the appearance of your breasts.
- Good posture is very important. Pull your shoulders back and straighten your back to add volume to your chest. This posture can also build and maintain the muscles in the back.
