Step 1. Look for the download link for the selected mod
Since there is no official site to download mods, the location of the download links on each site may be different.
Step 2. Click the download link and follow the instructions on your computer screen
Ads may appear. So, skip the adverts and click right on the file you want to download.
Step 3. Save the downloaded file in.jar format
If the download contains files of other formats, be careful because they could be malware or viruses. If the file downloads automatically, check the download directory for the type of format.
You may need to extract the file to see what kind of format it is. Files are usually compressed to speed up the download process
Step 4. Scan the downloaded file with antivirus software to ensure its safety
