Tor Browser is generally used to protect privacy and hide IP address while surfing. If you use Facebook through Tor, you may often be asked to verify your security because Tor changes your location periodically. Here's how to "bind" a Tor access point to a specific IP address.
Step
Step 1. Open the folder where you installed Tor
Step 2. Inside the folder, open the "Browser" folder
Step 3. Double click the "Tor Browser" folder
Step 4. Click the "Data" folder
Step 5. In the "Data" folder, select "Tor"
Step 6. Right-click the "torrc" file, then select Open With > Notepad
Step 7. Set up Tor access point with parameters
.ExitNodes {za} StrictNodes 1
In that parameter, {za} refers to a Tor access point in South Africa. You can find a list of Tor access points at the following link.
Step 8. Save the Torrc file
After that, open the Tor Browser and check your IP address. You can also check for active access points by visiting www.google.com. The country of your access point will appear below the Google logo.
