The French inhale, also known as the Irish Waterfall, is a basic smoking trick in which a thick cloud of smoke leaves your mouth and then rises to your nose. Once you have mastered the basics of smoking, you will be able to pull off this trick quickly. If you want to know how to do the French Inhale the next time you smoke, follow the steps below.
Step
Step 1. Inhale deeply without taking a breath
This is the basis of this trick. Keep the smoke in your mouth and exhale it out of your lungs by opening your jaw and pulling your tongue behind your mouth. Inhale as much as you can without choking or feeling overwhelmed. You have to smoke to do this trick.
Some people like to move the smoke from around their cheeks or inflate their cheeks before moving on to the next step. The more comfortable you are with these deceptions, the better you'll have on what works best for you
Step 2. Slowly, open your mouth
Exhale slowly and at a steady pace. If you do this too quickly, the smoke will come out of your lungs and you won't be able to inhale it with your nose. Don't blow the smoke out like you normally would; just wait for the smoke to flow out of your mouth.
Step 3. Press your lower lip
When your lips are slightly parted, you should press your lower lip as if you had a bottom bite or as if you were blowing the smoke straight up your brow or forehead.
Step 4. Press the smoke with your tongue
To keep the smoke thick or "good looking," push your tongue forward from the back of your mouth. This will ease the smoke and make it come out of your mouth in a thick cloud. Try using your tongue to adjust the smoke upwards instead of straight in front of you as it normally flows.
Step 5. Breathe in the smoke through your nose
When you feel the smoke rising into your nose, start to inhale it carefully through your nostrils. Do this slowly or you will feel an unpleasant sensation. Continue to blow the smoke out of your mouth and let it flow directly into your nose. This will recycle the smoke from your mouth and carry it back down your throat.
Step 6. Continue to inhale through your nose until you have removed all the smoke from your mouth
Continue this process until all the smoke has flowed out of your mouth. If this is too much for you, you can also blow all the smoke out of your mouth and try again.
