Diaper lovers (PP) are adults who like to wear diapers, even if they are not required (for medical reasons). Some of the most common reasons are comfort, sexual pleasure, or simply preferring diapers to regular underwear. You may be confused the first time you meet an adult who likes to wear diapers, or don't know what to do when someone says they like wearing diapers. Get to know them so you can relate to people who like diapers.

Part 1 of 3: Understand the Uses and Fun of Diaper Lovers
Step 1. Understand the trend of diaper lovers
One study conducted on diaper lovers found that most of them wore diapers or started baby-like behaviors to express their childhood desires (approximately 11-12 years of age) and this behavior has been practiced for years.
- Most diaper lovers are male, unemployed, and around 35 years of age.
- More men are engaged in diaper-loving activities, such as wearing diapers, wetting the bed, and pooping in diapers.
Step 2. Realize that many diaper lovers have now and used to have incontinence issues
Some individuals start wearing adult diapers when they begin to have problems with uncontrolled bowel movements. As a result, they are required to wear diapers, and over time have come to like many aspects of diaper use.
Step 3. Look at his personal history
Several studies have shown that adults who behave like babies and wear diapers have a history of being victims of childhood violence and/or are transgender. Some individuals express another gender (eg a man acts like a woman). Some individuals express gender fluidity.
It's important not to judge other people's past based on how they are currently expressing themselves, even if you don't like their behavior
Step 4. Accept that not all diaper lovers like to act like babies
While some diaper lovers like the baby-like lifestyle, some don't. They wear diapers because it feels comfortable, relax, or to warm up before sexual intercourse (foreplay). Wearing a diaper doesn't mean the person automatically wants to be treated like a baby.
Part 2 of 3: Using Diapers for Sexual Arousal
Step 1. Understand that some diaper lovers wear diapers for sexual reasons
People love a wide variety of sexual objects and practices, from leather and rubber, to underwear of the opposite sex. Diapers are soft, warm, and in direct contact with the reproductive organs. It's natural that diapers can trigger some people's sexual desire when worn.
Step 2. Recognize fetishism
Some people like to wear diapers as a form of fetish called autonepiophilia, or Adult Baby Syndrome. These people get sexual pleasure by behaving and being treated like babies. Diapers are not worn for medical reasons, but are part of their lifestyle.
Adult babies like to play with baby toys, talk like babies, be treated like babies, and do baby activities. Like other fetishes, each person's behavior will be somewhat different
Step 3. Accept that many diaper lovers have relationships
Many adults who have an interest in baby behavior and/or wearing diapers, are in a relationship, and their partner is aware of this behavior. Wearing a diaper can be part of arousal, foreplay, or sexual activity.
Step 4. Know that diaper lovers are not pedophiles
Pedophiles have fantasies or sexual activity with young children. People wearing staples are usually adults who like to role-play like babies. They are generally adults (physically).
Like other role-playing scenarios, those who play aliens are not real aliens. That is, it does not mean that someone likes being an alien or dealing with aliens
Part 3 of 3: Accepting Diaper Lovers
Step 1. Ask the diaper lover to explain the situation to you
Approach diaper lovers with an open mind, instead of treating them as taboo. If you have a question about wearing a diaper, ask. If someone says they like wearing diapers, they may feel comfortable talking about their behavior and explaining it to you. However, keep in mind that they may be reluctant to talk about this unless they really trust you.
- As with all personal questions, ask them with respect.
- Let them know you care about them and support them.
Step 2. Accept the use of diapers
If a diaper wearer is someone in your life, learn to accept diaper-wearing behavior, even if you don't understand it. Realize that you may also have your own quirks and recognize the comfort of being accepted by others.
- If someone reveals themselves to be a diaper lover, be aware that they may feel nervous or embarrassed to reveal this to you. Realize how hard it is to have private secrets, and how important it is to feel accepted.
- Learn to accept diaper wearers with an open mind, realizing that it is okay to express themselves in unconventional ways, even if you don't understand them.
Step 3. Accept the individual
Even if you don't understand the activities of a diaper lover, learn to accept the person as a “human.” Even if you think diaper-wearing adults are weird, everyone is unique. Diapering may be a big difference with you, but focus on what you have in common.
- Learn to look beyond the diaper-loving behavior and accept the person for who they are.
- Show the individual that you don't care about his diaper-loving behavior and accept him on a personal level. This individual feels pain, joy, sadness, and anger like everyone else. You can have a normal relationship with a diaper lover.
