The Impossible Bottle, as the name implies, is a masterpiece of one's dedication to focus, patience and a skilled hand, and lots of lateral thinking. This article will show you how to put certain items in an "impossible bottle".
Step
Method 1 of 3: Impossible Bottle One: Card Deck in a Bottle
Step 1. Open and remove the deck plastic wrap
Step 2. Remove the card
Step 3. Heat the sticker with a hairdryer so that it comes off easily without tearing
Step 4. Using a hairdryer again, or using a sharp hobby knife, slice the bottom crease of the box open so that it can be flattened out
Step 5. Put the flattened and rolled box into the bottle and inflate it again
Using a bent wire or other similar tool, seal back with glue. Don't use strong glue as it will dry too quickly and you won't be able to put it where you want it. Instead, use some glue and be patient.
Step 6. Insert one card at a time
Step 7. Close the box and heat the sticker so that it sticks and sticks back
Add glue if the sticker isn't sticky enough.
Method 2 of 3: Impossible Bottle Two: Tennis Ball in a Bottle
Step 1. Prick the ball in the hairy area
Part the fur so that the hole doesn't tear too much hair. You will comb it back to cover the hole later.
Step 2. Put the ball in the vice machine and squeeze until all the air inside is out
Step 3. Seal the hole with the bicycle pump needle
Step 4. Fold (or roll) the ball and put it in the bottle
Step 5. Turn the ball upside down so that the needle sticks out the neck of the bottle
Attach the flexible hose to the end of the needle (to inflate the bicycle tire) and attach the hose to the bicycle pump.
Step 6. Re-inflate the ball and pull the needle out
Step 7. Darken the hole by combing through the hair and/or applying a drop or two of paint to the hole
Be aware that you can seal the hole with strong glue if the ball tends to deflate on its own. Simply re-prick the hole with a stick once the ball is in the bottle.
Method 3 of 3: Impossible Bottle Three: Rubik's Cube in a Bottle
The Rubik's Cube in a bottle is a handiwork for the advanced impossible bottle maker. Do it only if you are confident in your skills. This activity is time-consuming and so difficult that it can actually be a waste of your time.
Step 1. Disassemble the Rubik's Cube into 27 parts
Step 2. Rearrange the cubes in the bottle
Note that you will need an 8.25 cm diameter bottle to fit the Rubik's Cube. You will push and poke each cube into position and use long-handed tongs or similar tools to help push the cube..
Tips
- Try it first with a large, non-breakable bottle. This way, you can move more pieces in and out of the bottle more easily without worrying about breaking the bottle.
- You can try this activity with other objects. The vessel in a bottle is the most famous form of the impossible bottle, but it is done too often nowadays. Try to put something unexpected in the bottle.
