Method 1 of 2: Massaging Cuticles with Oil
Step 1. Hold the dropper 5 cm from the nail
Do this step if the oil is drained using the pipette provided in the oil container. Products with different containers with brushes (such as nail polish) or rollers for applying oil to nails.
