Method 2 of 2: Making Work Feel More Enjoyable
Step 1. Think about what you can dedicate to your work
There may be unique skills, opinions, or ideas that you can provide to improve a situation at work. Try to take the initiative in work, make it happen according to your wishes, and do the work you love the most. Having a sense of belonging to achieve the goals and mission of the company makes it easier for you to feel happy.

Step 2. Recognize your limitations at work
Don't take responsibility for getting things done that stress you out. This doesn't mean that you have to do the easiest job, but that you should put your own interests ahead of the interests of the company. Don't work overtime on demand.
