This wikiHow teaches you how to cancel your Starz channel subscription through Amazon Prime. If you subscribe to the Starz channel through another service, such as iTunes, Google Play, or Roku, you will need to use the appropriate service or device to cancel your subscription.

Method 1 of 2: Using Amazon.com on a Computer

Step 1. Visit https://www.amazon.com/myac via a web browser

You can use any browser on your computer, including Edge, Safari, or Chrome to cancel your Starz subscription through Amazon.

• If you're already logged into your Amazon account, you'll see a list of Prime video channels in the middle of the page.
• If not, enter your login information and click the yellow Sign in button to view the subscription list.

Step 2. Click Cancel Channel(s) next to "Starz" option

This link is in the far right column labeled "Actions". A confirmation window showing the end date of the current billing schedule will be displayed. If you wish to cancel your Starz subscription, you can still use the service until the end of use date before the billing date.

• Refunds do not apply to canceled subscriptions.
• If your Starz membership is not displayed, you may not be subscribed to the channel through your Amazon account. You may subscribe through another service, such as iTunes, Roku, or a cable television service provider.

Step 3. Click Cancel Channels(s) to confirm

Starz service subscription will be cancelled.

You can revoke the cancellation at any time before the end of the billing schedule by clicking the Restart Channel(s) button in the " Actions " column. If you want to use Starz services again after the billing schedule ends, you will need to subscribe from the beginning

Method 2 of 2: Using Amazon App on Phone or Tablet

Step 1. Open the Amazon app

The app is marked by a white icon with a shopping card and the words "amazon" in black. Usually, you can find this icon on either the home screen of the device (iPhone/iPad) or the page/app drawer (Android).

Step 2. Touch the menu

It's in the upper-left corner of the application window.

It's in the middle of the menu.

Step 4. Scroll down and tap Memberships & subscriptions

It's in the lower half of the page, under the "Account Settings" section.

Step 5. Touch Don't see your subscription?

This menu is in the middle of the page. A list of the various types of subscriptions will be displayed.

Step 6. Touch Channel Subscriptions

This option is the first choice of list id. The "Manage Your Prime Video Channels" page will open and you can see a list of subscribed channels.

Step 7. Scroll down and tap Cancel Channel(s) next to "Starz" option
