This wikiHow teaches you how to share animated GIFs on Discord via Android devices. Both Gboard and Samsung Keyboard have an animated-g.webp
Step
Step 1. Launch Discord
The app is marked by a light blue icon with a smiling white game controller. You can find this icon on your device's home screen or app drawer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your account if you haven't already
Step 2. Touch the menu button
It's an icon with three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the screen. The menu will be displayed afterwards.
Step 3. Touch the server or chat icon
Select one of the server icons on the left side of the screen to access the server. If you want to share an animated-g.webp
Step 4. Select a text channel or private chat thread
Select one of the channels shown under the "Text Channels" section, or touch a friend's name or private chat thread name to open a chat window.
If you want to start a new private chat, tap the speech bubble icon with the plus sign (“+”) next to it, in the upper-right corner of the screen. After that, select the names of the friends you want to add to the private chat thread
Step 5. Select the text bar at the bottom of the screen
The keyboard will be displayed after that.
Step 6. Touch the GIF
This option is at the top of the keyboard on both the Samsung Keyboard and Gboard.

Step 7. Use the search feature to search for animations
On the Samsung Keyboard, touch the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the screen to display the search bar. On Gboard, the search bar is in the upper-left corner of the keyboard. Type a keyword related to the animated-g.webp
Step 8. Touch the animated-g.webp" />
An animation will be displayed above the text bar of the chat window.
Step 9. Type a description (optional)
If you want to add a caption to the animation, touch the “ A B C ” on Gboard or the keyboard icon on Samsung Keyboard to switch to a normal keyboard function or view. It's in the lower-left corner of the keyboard. After that, use the keyboard to type a description.
Step 10. Touch
This purple button looks like a paper airplane. You'll see it next to the text field, at the bottom of the screen. Animated-g.webp
