This article teaches you how to log out of an email account in the Mail app on iPhone.
Step
Step 1. Open iPhone settings
The icon is a gray gear on the Home Screen.
Step 2. Scroll down and tap on Mail
It's in the same option set as Phone, Messages, and FaceTime.
Step 3. Tap Accounts
It's at the top of the Mail page.
Step 4. Tap account
Right from the start, you have an option entitled iCloud and other email service providers added to Mail.

Step 5. Slide the switch next to Mail to the left until it turns white
Thus, the selected email account information is removed from the Mail app, ultimately logging you out of the account.
You can also tap Delete Account (delete account) at the bottom of all email accounts pages (except iCloud) to completely remove the account from the Mail app.
Step 6. Tap the Back button
It's in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Step 7. Deactivate all remaining email accounts
Once you've deactivated your last email, you'll be completely logged out of the Mail app until you've reactivated at least one email account.
